For PF Store Manager, just as an fyi; I just submitted a comment specifically for this location at Del Prado, complimented Eli, for having the best Customer Service skills I have witnessed in a long time. I had moved from Springfield VA, to the Cape. Eli is able multi manage the front desk effortless,extending his assistance to all... With a pleasant attitude!!.. Kudos Eli!!

Great place to work out. The staff its friendly. Place its always clean.

I’m here at the planet fitness gym in Cape Coral I don’t understand why people get on machines do one set text for five minutes do another set text for five minutes I was waiting for the leg press this guy’s been in 40 minutes does a set a 10 and every other time he’s texting or reading on his phone at least Five minutes in between sets I don’t understand why the staff doesn’t walk around and ask people to put their phone down and complete their sets and go to the lobby if they’re going to read there texts on their phone I like coming to the gym I’ve been to 10 different planet fitnesses and this is the worst one for texting for members

Vinna was amazing and very helpful setting my husband's cell phone up on their mobile app. She was very patient with him and I appreciated it very much.

My daughter took me to planet fitness 4 weeks ago this place was very clean and busy they had many machines to get a good workout, We got a waterless massage boy that was great must join soon

I'm only rating because there's complaints about not enough machines so whoever made a complaint about it can. Use all the machines as they like with no one else to share.

Always clean, machines are always in working order and the staff is phenomenal. The patrons are always friendly, I have never had an issue with anyone in my 3 years of going to this location.

I look forward to going to PF as often as possible. Everyone is friendly, it is clean and you don't need to sign an annual contract. It is also inexpensive!

Great place, BUT you have a trainer that goes right up to people to give advice when he doesnt have a clue. It would be different if people asked him for advice but they don't, he just goes right up and interrupts their workout and then slanders you for not listening. I talked to other people about this and they've had similar situations with the same guy. He just really needs to mind his own business.

Really great gym, great staff, and overall a good vibe. Not too busy, but it has its times when there are a lot of people. Overall I love it here.
