They will make it impossible to cancel. They will keep charging you after cancelation. Gaslight you that you didn't cancel and then not cancel you even after multiple phone attempts and an in-person attempt (where they said you were canceled). If you join bc it's cheap, just know it'll be difficult to stop them from charging you and when you do cancel get every piece of possible documentation and hold onto it for at least 2 years bc you'll still be battling them long after.The general manager was not only wholly unhelpful and gave me a number to a support line that also doesn't have the authority to cancel me, they just called the club.As for the gym it was fine. The circuit area isn't protected for people who actually want to do circuits so that's annoying but you get what you pay for, right.

By far the worst PF I have been to. The tanning booths are ALL closed due to and AC problem? The tanning beds are on an appointment only schedule? That’s the first time I have ever seen that. The restrooms were gross and dirty. The young lady at the desk was polite though.

So I decided that I would get a gym membership for myself and my son. When I walked in to planet fitness there were three people behind the receptionreception area one helping someone and two standing around. When is able to get someone's attention I asked about the membership types the woman started with the most expensive. While I'm asking a second woman pipes up and says "sign the man up 'they hadn't even answered my questions yet. Next he asked me for my bank card and my ID. Not only had they not answer my questions or giving me any type of tour of the facilities now they were asking me for my bank card. I said I don't want you to have all my information can't I just pay for a gym membership. No the only way they do it is automatic withdraw. I don't even do that for my light bill. Suffice to say I recommend staying away from this company.

I took their $10 a month, no contract special. Clean, well maintained club. All the equipment you need and more. Nice and friendly staff. Great gym.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute TRASH customer service. They promote a judgement free zone but I’ve never felt so judged simply walking into a place of business before. Friday 1/13 evening male employee and Monday 1/16 evening older female employee couldn’t have provided worse customer service.

I used to like goin to this location, but it’s filthy, trash cans are always over flowing, the staff don’t ever seem to know what’s going on. I was bringing my daughter into the gym (she’s 6) I was not aware of the age limit, but like I said I had been bringing her with me. Today I go and all of a sudden she’s not allowed to be there. that would have been nice to know the first day I brought her and assured the staff that she would not be using equipment, the lady signed me in and let me go.. but today I go and she’s not allowed. So I wasn’t able to workout at a gym that I pay for because I couldn’t have my daughter there. I don’t have an issue with the rules, I have an issue with them only being enforced by certain staff members. They change staff members like underwear there as is so I’m not surprised that none of them have a clue what to do other than scan our phones for entry.. try better planet fitness. If there are rules set in place they should most definitely be enforced every day and by every employee. Not just on random days by certain staff members, maybe a better orientation process could fix that..

Staff is very friendly, clean gym and tons of equipment. Love PF. , i won't join anywhere else. Great price for all of services you get. Tanning, massage chairs, hydro chairs. Etc. You will not get all the amenities at other gyms and you can use any facility in the United States. Awesome Franchise.

First day back to the merchant’s crossing Planet Fitness since summer and was so disappointed, the women's bathroom was filthy, floors are dirty, trash cans are mesh see threw so you see all the feminine products exposed and some were on the floor in the one dressing room, the tread mill had some sort of sticky stuff spilled on it plus the one next to me had a white film on it, hair was visible on the floor, and it was extremely warm in the gym felt like no air conditioning was on, looking to find another gym.

Great, but will be good if they know you are new, they ask you if you know how to used the exercise machine, if you don't, take time to explain, give a tour of the place and explain how everything works, but will be good place to makes the goal

This place has really went to hell since the hurricane, the tanning booths dont work, the massage chairs never work, they close at 10pm on the weekends and they hired these 2 kissing cousins with attitudes named Heather and Timmy, if you have the pleasure of visiting youll know exactly who im taking about, cant miss those snaggle teeth. Canceling my membership and sticking with my Anytime membership.
