Love the gym, very clean and spacious. But your staff OMG!!! You need to hire people who are more professional and polite when your clients call. I just called to ask questions about billing, because my membership was set up by my husband. And your assistant manager was so rude and unprofessional. First she yelled at me accusing me that I was yelling then realized that her volume was high because it’s loud at the club. Then treated me like I was an idiot for having billing questions. Well I’m sorry for protecting my money. You don’t judge people for their appearance but judge people for having questions. I bet if you were getting charged an annual fee after only being a member for 2 months you’d have a lot of questions too.In conclusion, your staff sucks!

Great gym with lots of equipment. Even when it is busy still no real wait for machines. They always keep the locker rooms and main gym very clean. The staff is very helpful. If you sign up as a black card member you can Use the massage chairs aqua beds and tanning booths.

This is still a fairly new facility so all of the equipment is in good condition. I will say that the staff was not very friendly when this location first opened but they have gotten better. I like the layout of this location better than the Cape Coral location and they seem to have more equipment than the Cape as well. The only downside is that the capabilities of the treadmills at this location are not as good as the Cape. They are new but a lower-end model compared to the others. Another perk to this location is the Black Card member area. This location made it more private which is pretty cool. Overall this is a really nice gym and I enjoy going here.

It is the cleanest gym i have been to and everyone there is friendly. The equipment is in great shape. No torn seats. There is a great mix of people age wise. This gym is a great fit for me. If i had any complaint i wish they had location closer to where i live in East Fort Myers Riverdale area and maybe they will in time. Well worth 30 minute trip now.

Best place to work out. Friendly, helpful staff. VERY clean! Working out here is great with like-minded people especially this time of day. Overnight crew is helpful.

Visited from Pennsylvania. The gym itself is about 1/2 the size of my home gym, but the black card spa was bigger and offered the total body enhancement as well as digital appointments. The downside to the appointments is some members are slow to start or end, then you have to wait for the staff to clean the equipment, and without proper monitoring, everything gets behind, and people waiting were expressing frustration. I think the staff was overwhelmed, as it is a new facility. I am sure once they work out the kinks of being new, it will be 5 star for sure. Can't wait for my home gym to offer a better black card spa.

I waited so long for a Planet Fitness to come to North Fort Myers, and it was well worth the wait. The facility is perfect and the staff is fantastic- always friendly and helpful. Definitely worth upgrading to a Black Card Membership for the hydromassage alone, but they could use a few more of those machines.

They took advantage of the plaza being empty and made really nice facility. A few of my customers live in North Fort Myers and they really recommend this gym, they say the staff is super friendly and it's very clean and being located on Pine Island Road and US 41 makes it super accessible.I should mention that I haven't personally been inside the gym but this was purely a recommendation by some people that I'm acquainted with and my knowledge of the plaza.

I Love This Facility. I was hesitant about working out again but I feel so comfortable and come 3-4 times a week. My husband and I spend about 2 hours each time and we're Black Card Members so we always bring a guest too, making it more fun.We enjoy going at night so the 24 hour access helps 😊

I go to the one in North Ft Myers and its a further drive for me but so worth it.The staff there are awesome especially the morning early afternoon they are so happy to see me.I love this gym, the members are nice as well.Great parking as well.Being a black card member is so worth it.Love the hydro massage bed at the end of my hard work out.I'm a plus size but working hard to not be one for long.
