I returned back to the North Fort Myers Planet Fitness on 12/12/2022… I noticed only one Employee by the Name Heather cleaning the Facility… she’s always cleaning and smiling …I feel they should hire more hard working staff .. that would take a interest in keeping the gym in a better clean environment..

If I could give 0 stars I would but unfortunately I have to give one.Woke up like a normal morning put my gym clothes on went out to north fort myers planet fitness. Not in a million years did the thought cross my mind what I was wearing was inappropriate. Meet at the front desk by Paul said I was exposing myself. I was wearing a cut off shirt that was clearly covering my chest. He said dont wear it tomorrow. I said ok about 2 minutes into warm up he strolls over and says I need to put on an unwashed 100 percent cotton planet fitness tee, leave, or go home and change. I elected to go home and change. I've never been so embarrassed in my life. I pay my taxes, dont speed, and wear my seat belt. Slogans on wall no critiques and judge free zone amongst others. Sure felt judgedThis Paul guy is really uncool. I'll be calling management monday. It wasnt a string tee just sleeves cut off like normal. Made me leave to change my shirt. Its suppose to be a judge free zone. I've wore this shirt at multiple planet's. The level of embarrassment I felt among members was unprecedented. I understand if someone is wearing a string gold bodybuilding tank but this just had the sleeves cut off.While working out now feeling extremely uncomfortable I watched at least 5 guys walk in with similar shirts but they knew the front desk guys and were allowed to work out. Maybe its because I'm visiting fromNew York. Who knows. Ps one of the buddies was wearing a gold string tank top but acceptable because hes a home boy regular.I'll update with a picture when I get home.

THIS LOCATION Really needs to be updated badly! Crowed, a lot equipment is cramped together!There's no water row machines at this location, which is why i resigned backed up since my move from venice and now I hAVE to drive to the venice location to use thiers! *YOU PAY ALOT A MONTH FOR BLACK CARD SERVICES AND IT SHOULD BE WELL KEPTED! *These ROW machines are great for an older injured person like myself,, the hydro beds all all broken at this location. A lot of things are very very dirty. Considering it's very busy, management or corporate needs to re vamp this planet fitness, EVEN THE LOUNGE AREA BROKEN WOOBLY TABLE AND TORN UP SOFAS its very old and used which is good. I GUESS! 👋

They don’t use the same cleaning products as the Cape Coral location, I really think it’s just water in the spray bottles. I never see staff cleaning and the treadmills are always covered in sweat. Squat racks are too close to the mirrors so hip thrusting is near impossible. I wish they took as much care as Cape Coral.

If you want a fitness club to have access direct to your banking information good luck. Will not accept cash or card only direct access to your bank account. I will find some place not as intrusive this is how people go broke and have identity theft

I used to love this Planet Fitness and now it's just okay. It is Under New Management, and the people who work there now, are more interested in their phones, than they are in the clientele and the cleanliness of the gym. I hate the loud music they play.

There is always a dude and a lady just chilling in the black card area.. Its a little misputting if u ask me..As a black card member... The area where you sometimes just wanna sit for a moment or so but there is almost always these older guys just there on their laptops And tables are looking a bit trashy..But place is nice

It seems that the staff has embraced the "if you have time to lean you can clean.". The staff is friendly. The equipment is in great shape and they do their best to keep everything clean and safe. Great place to stay in shape.

Visiting N Ft Meyers. Great club - not real busy mid morning. Staff keeps things clean.

I love the PF business model and being a black card member, especially when traveling. My home PF in Brighton Mich must have just spoiled me with the highest standards, because this PF has had 3 employees at the desk, and no one circulating cleaning. Floors need sweeping. Bathroom messy, and no one knowledgeable about new equipment.
