Gross, barely any amenities, gross staff amd no ome knows what they're doing.Edit: As per usual I tried working there; day staff gets paid 10 an hour, overnight 11. Management something in between. The gjrl i basically chose to replace me is a bipolar paycho. And well... i couldn't keep it all clean, everynight by myself without help that management decided to send to bonita. This place is bad and they really don't care.

Great gym great staff nice equipment one thing I don’t like they allow members to work out with flip-flops and crocs on that is so disrespectful in a first class fitness center go to the beach if you want to dress for the beach management should walk around once an hour and they will see other than that I like

Came to this location to use their services on my break and there is no one in sight to help out at the counter. Waiting damn near an hour and have yet to see someone who works here. Had to leave because no one ever showed up to help. Where are the employees? Absolutely ridiculous. Thanks for wasting my time. It is 3pm on 1/27/22, so whoever is supposed to be working this shift should be reprimanded for their poor service.

I have been to many PF all over the USA. There is no management at this location. Locker rooms are dirty, toilets are broken, no soap in the bathroom for over ten days. At all the other gyms someone is always cleaning the machines. That never happens at this gym. You can’t even talk to the manager when you request it.

The complaint that I have for San Carlos location is the TVs don’t work I know that is trivial but when on the treadmills it goes faster also people in 30 minute room just sit on machine and don’t work the program. I have been a member since the first day they open and have visited other locations in Texas this one needs updating other wise the people are very nice and accommodating.

Just signed up 2 weeks ago. Only 20% of capacity. Multiple cleaning stations making for easy cleaning. Everyone seems to he social distancing. Very happy so far.Unfortunately I must change my review to 1 star. I do this for 1 reason. This club is filthy and getting worse by the day. Very sad.Please.....quickly this up this facility.

Worst customer service I’ve ever gotten. I’ve been coming here for a few nights now, I come after working my shift at the hospital. Asked the guy working here one night when the stairs would be fixed and was given attitude. The same night, waited for about 15 mins for the guy at the front to get a hydro massage set up and he was nowhere to be found. The next night, same issue. Waited another 15+ mins with another lady that was there even longer. I looked for the guy everywhere and even asked some people working out if they’d seen him and again, nowhere to be found. Do you think after working a hospital shift I want to be going around the whole gym trying to track the worker? Once he finally showed back up, he stated he was in his 30 min break, which is understandable. But when I asked him why he can’t put some type of sign that states he’s on break so people will know and not wait without knowing when he will show up, he said that “putting up signs is not allowed anymore” ? How does that make sense? Not to mention the stairs being down, as I read in other reviews, for 2+ months now? Absolutely ridiculous. This location needs to take some serious action with faulty equipment and horrible customer service. I’ll be sticking to the planet fitness on Cleveland. They’re always busy but at least they have working stairs and better customer service.

I stopped going to this Planet Fitness months ago due to the stair machines constantly being down. Only one was working so you'd have to hope that you didn't have to wait an entire hour just to use it. I went back today and now all THREE stair machines are broken?! For it being such a popular machine, you'd think it would be a priority to get it fixed. We pay for our memberships, the equipment we need to use should be available! I just can't believe after MONTHS, they are still just sitting there with signs on them.

HIRE AN ACTIVE MANAGER PLEASE!I was told there is a manager there. I've been there all times the day& night and I've never seen or spoken to one. I have left messages at the front desk and I have called and left messages. Not one return call, text, flowers?!?Since day one I have *billing issues. There is no one there *maintaining equipment, *supervising or *cleaning, apparently. Since I've joined last year I've repeatedly tried to speak with someone about my "perks" that come with the black card membership. (And NOW my ,25c off per gallon for a 20 gallon fill-up " perk" has expired!!!!🤥I have given my bank account information more than three times to the front desk and continue to have a *pending balance and late fee for April ???? Just why?!? There is no one to speak to about canceling, or downgrading my membership sadly. (despite leaving numerous messages in person and over the phone for -ÀænY0Ne- to please return my call.)Has anyone checked the cleaning stations lately? Or cleaned the mirrors or floors? Anyone aware the bathroom is dirty and has a toilet out of service. Two of my favorite cardiovascular machines are out of service and all of the equipment is sticking. I haven't been able to use the tanning bed or booth or massage tablesAND PF is out of muscle milk!! 👿hmph!What a huge disappointment This planet fitness location is.Also why do I have a pending balance for the month of April with a late fee? Don't you have my bank information? Why did you charge me $49 on my second month for an annual fee ....so soon and for what? I can't even get the courtesy of an email?* I would not recommend the black club membership to anyone. *Customer service does not even deserve one star. Please decide to hire a manager that is *on-duty occassionally,*courteous,. &* knows how to do his/her job ( i.e. address any questions, concerns, etc...) So that dissatisfied members don't have to resort to leaving embarrassing reviews that address issues have could have been taken care of and even prevented months ago.I think a sign would be appropriate on the door that says"Just getting in here is half the battle. Nothing really works in here-it's a franchise- scan your card repeatedly and have a great workout "* Good day.

Since they got a new Mng,Ryan,that place in unrecognizable in the good way.Very clean,always cool/cold temperature in it,what make our experience remarkable.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.We live in Bonita Springs but we drive to Estero just because we like it very much here.Thank you!
