Decent selection of equipment nice friendly people. No air conditioning for several months now. Very sticky and equipment rods and hardware rusting. Will leave facility if not fixed sometime soon.

Very clean and sanitary. Not often overcrowded. Has a friendly staff and enough equipment to allow you to complete your workout without many interruptions or long waits. The hours are also very convenient.

I travel some and go to PF mostof the places I go to and this one is by far the dirtiest one. Bathrooms are really bad, the vents and the walls of the main floor is caked with dust. And with those large fans going (which is usually a good thing) who knows what your breathing in. I went to one over the summer that I hadn’t been to in over two years and it looked just as clean as before. This location has really gone down , if you go early in the morning there’s sometimes no one at the front counter for a long period of time. It was much better right after COVID when they had a cleaning crew. Unfortunately it’s the closest one for me otherwise I would go elsewhere.

This gym is kept clean and friendly staff. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5star is the equipment needs to be updated.

I love planet fitness a great environment just wish there was a way to keep things more sanitize maybe a clean up of everything machine by team members

Clean and vibrant atmosphere. Not the gym for the old school hard-core gym goer. Comfortable environment for the novice gym goer and experienced gym member.

So was in the evening June 16th It's around 6:30 there wasn't busy 3 people standing at the counter workers I ask to do a stand up the girl told me that there no beds I looked and the doors was open she told me they have not been cleaned I asked her to clean and she did while she was on the phone and when. Got out all was employees was on there cell phone I have not seen any one cleaning and believe me the place needs clean lockers rooms and tanning beds fans are dirty very

I'm giving Planet Fitness a 1 star review to caution potential customers of the inconvenient cancellation process. You can sign up for membership online, transfer online, do whatever else online but when you need to cancel they force you to either physically go to the exact location or you need to write a letter requesting cancellation. This is 2021. Get with the times and put the cancellation option on your website. I am sure they purposely make it difficult so they can continue to take your money every month. It's just poor business operations.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. The gym is clean and there's a great selection of cardio. I love the 30 minute workout.

This Planet Fitness location have the worst bathroom, the people who work here they don’t keep a good house cleaning. Is to safe to use the showers.
