Nice new facilities and equipment to use. Unfortunately James (I believe was the manager’s name) was not accommodating what so ever. We had our pup in the car and so the wife and I tried taking turns for our work out. He approached me unpleasantly saying that “gym guidelines required her to be with me at all times” and that “If something was to happen to our dog it would be our responsibility” when all we were trying to do was work out and use the shower. No compassion coming from this man. Corporate should really consider training their “managers” with some people skills. Unpleasantly I had to cut my work out short, call my wife in from the car and write this post.

I’ve been working out here for a couple years and I love the equipment, my only complaint is that they rarely open on time on Sunday/ Monday morning at midnight they don’t unlock the doors until 12:15 if that. It’s just very frustrating because I drive further than I need to because I really like this drive and then I drive for nothing because the door is never unlocked on time. Other than that it’s great

I have currently been working out here a the San Carlos Planet Fitness location for over a year now. Upon first entering the site I had mixed emotions on whether or not this would be my final choice for self betterment due to the many options in the area. What started as skepticism quickly became the start of something amazing. The staff truly cares about your well being and self improvement. I’ve come to have not just an appreciation, but a desire to become better physically and mentally, due to the experience offered at this planet fitness. The staff who started as acquaintances have become very good friends of mine and make the experience that much greater. Great management and an excellent gym.

This place offers excellent value for your money. You get access to tanning beds, massage chairs and workout equipment, for about $20/month. This location is clean and the employees are friendly. I'd definitely recommend it.

Thought I would give the gym a try because they have an easy cancellation policy. Good gym, but too far from my house.Went in person and handed in my card and told them to cancel my account 3 months ago. They somehow keep on billing me.Stay away if you don't like gyms that will refuse to end your membership.

I just started going to this gym over a week ago but I love it so far. Plenty of machines available and a good variety of cardio and weight machines. Staff is very nice. The faculty is clean. I definitely think this gym is worth the price. It is just as good as and even Better than most gyms who charge double the price

Great place to workout! Quite large and never crowded. Instructors on hand who are very knowledgeable and helpful. This location of Planet Fitness is fully equipped and very clean and their rates are very low too! Aside from having someone do your exercises for you, what else could you want?

Been going he for a month now and I love it! The gym is clean well as the showers, bathroom and locker area. Staff is friendly and encouraging and helpful. Best value hands down for a gym for only $10 or $20 a month. Gotta give a shout out to Jacob the trainer as he can give a good workout without pushing you too hard...I guess unless you want that. You always get a hello and goodbye and I leave there feeling great everytime!

The staff is friendly and they keep the machines clean and in good working order. Clientele seems pretty nice as well, which is good because having a great gm takes a great community.The showers and bathrooms are exceptionally clean, and they even have lockers and a hair dryer for you to use. Just started my membership, hoping this helps me out with my fitness goals!
