Great location and amenities, for super reasonable price, never packed from my experience, rarely had to wait for specific machines or weights.I moved out of state without a PF close by, and had the most absurd time trying to cancel my membership. Since specific locations are franchised, I couldn’t just go to the closest one near me now, but instead send a letter to this location stating my desire to cancel my membership. 4 weeks after I sent my letter, I got charged again.I called and had a manager cancel with me over the phone, but it begs the question of why we couldn’t do that initially?Great gym, just not easy or simple to cancel a membership.

I am a fan of Planet Fitness in general. As a traveling nurse I know there’s always going to be one nearby. They have very large gyms with a wide variety of equipment. This location could use some work. My main complaint is the air conditioning. I’m cold natured but I’m miserably hot after 2 minutes in this place. There’s no airflow whatsoever. It’s extremely uncomfortable. Also, it seems to take a long time for equipment to be fixed. All 3 stair climbers have been out of order for about 2 months. That’s a very popular piece of equipment that people like to use. You would think a chain as big as PF could replace this quicker. Aside from these 2 issues I do enjoy the convenience of this location.

Used to be an amazing and CLEAN gym. Now the new staff is a bunch of children with no supervision. I haven’t seen the manager around in months. The mirrors don’t get cleaned, the disinfectant spray bottles are basically filled with just water, no one ever sweeps or vacuums and you can see the hair and skin cells all over the gym floor. Not to mention the gym equipment is starting to get neglected and not work right. It’s embarrassing when patrons need to bring their own can of WD40 so the leg press machine works properly. Wish the owner took more pride in this location.

I showed up here tonight to tan and no one was at the desk. I went around and made an appointment go tan. Unfortunately you have to check in with the desk before they let you tan. No one ever came. I tried calling the front desk severa times over 10 minutes hoping someone would hear it if they were slacking off somewhere. They left the IT room open with all the cameras which was strange. I waited for 30 minutes. No one ever came to the desk. Definitely will be calling tomorrow to speak with a manager.

This vacuum has been like that for the last 4 days!! Plugged in, cable strewn all over the 360 room. It's a tripping and electrocution hazard. Also, apparently no one ever cleans or does walk throughs. Used to be much cleaner and better run

Nice gym. It's clean and has a variety of equipment for all different types of exercise. Only wish they had more equipment for each muscle, still got creative and made it work.

Great customer service, Nick and the manager really helped my wife and I out!! AWe really like this location, it's very clean and well maintained plus the folks who work there are like family, what a great place! Wish there was a higher score then 5! Thanks again Nick and your manager as well!

love working out here! The trainer David. Jessica/Jess has an inviting presence every time I come in and leave. Darion is friendly as well. Overall, I have experienced great customer service. ere

Nice place to work out but the front desk service is really unacceptable. Was trying to update my credit card per their request, the associate screamed at me and said "Swipe your card AGAIN!" On her 5th attempt to update my expired card. After a couple years they just treat you like garbage. Thanks PF! ✌

I’m just wondering why the 30 minute workout room is not being monitored so those wanting to do the workout can do it? Everytime I go there are always people in there using the machines not for the 30 minute workout. If you aren’t going to allow those of us to utilize the room as advertised then remove the room. I joined for the 30 minute workout and it’s a hassle everytime dealing with people not using it for that purpose. Makes for a miserable workout.
