I know these are In bankruptcy, but hey have overcharging me for a year (pre-COVID) and I’m tired of their customer service, just disputed all their charges with my bank.

24 hour fitness is probably the worst gym that I have been in. Customer service is horrible. I pick this address because it is the billing center. I canceled my membership in February and they are still billing me. I live in Miami and I cannot get any assistance.

It's a shame how far 24 hour fitness as a gym& training center has decided to only upkeep some of it's facilities,as "state of the Arts facilities,as others crumbled down with outdated equipment& sparse cleanings of their units! Once had rose to lead the pack& now only content with how many more units,it boasts about under it's flagship! Missing the boat in most urban& rural locations!

none of the bikes works properly for many years. I have asked staff more than 3 times to have them fixed but it never happens. The bikes are super old and in need of replacements ASAP.

Wyane was very rude with us from the second we walked in. It was our first time at the Carlsbad location and will never return. Might as well join another gym where employees can control their tempers. I've been a customer of 24hr fitness for over 20 years and will be canceling my subscription to go somewhere that doesn't treat their customers like theives when there was was no one to help us check in.

24 hour sport on palomar has improved their customer services a lot within the last 5 years. It seems like they are also paying more attention to making sure that paper towels are available to clean after using the equipment, however, their cardio machines get no attention. On the second floor, there are 4/5 elliptical machines that are not working or making extremely loud noise and it's been like that for the last 6 months. I'm hoping they will pay more attention to making sure that everything is functioning properly...

My last job had a gym that no one used, so when I left I had to get new gym membership somewhere. Good old 24. Got my first membership at 13, off and on relationship. Back then it was called Nautilus or Family Fitness or something and it was off ECR north of the 78.This one is closest to my work. It’s not bad for parking except that it’s 1 way in and 1 way out and that entrance/exit is a bit off the main road.It’s got all the amenities you’d expect form a Super Sport. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, weights, machines, cardio, classes.The downside is the bathrooms and showers. It’s not that it’s worse than the other Carlsbad location or the Vista location is that the people treat it worse and personally I often just use the membership around the country for the showers.Price are still high, though more competitive than say 10 years ago. Staff is friendly, who knew people could make working at a gym in any capacity a full time gig.This location has some creeps that like to stare and some people who have never worked out anywhere else, so they are just rude with the weights and hygiene. If it was more convenient I wouldn’t use this so much, but to be honest I think they have the best cardio and leg area, even if everything else is mediocre.Early in the week it’s busy and then it tapers off as people become less motivated.

This is the gym I go to at lunch time near my office. It’s not my favorite 24 hr. This gym has a lot of cardio machines, however it takes a long time for any broken machines to be fixed. That’s a major potential hazard especially for machines like the stair master. The weights section is well equipped. It gets very busy here at lunchtime. I did a spin class here once, the room isn’t conducive to a good zone for spin.
