Was visiting the area and got a smokin deal on a week long pass... gym is HUGE and has everything you'd want several times over.Would be my gym if I lived here!

Called many times at 12:30pm pressed 7 to speak to a representative every time phone just rings and rings. Not the way to do business. I have one simple question to ask would take 30 seconds to answer but they canāt even answer the phone. The gym is nice the people are friendly and helpful when you can ACTUALLY speak to them. Itās coming up on 1pm now been repeatedly calling while writing wasted almost half an hour out of my day just to ask a simple question. Someone finally answered the phone my question was if they Weāre going to be open for 24 hours now That the restrictions have been lifted and the response was That thereās not enough traffic in and out of the gym so they will open when it is profitable for them. I signed up to be able to go to the gym when EVER I can throughout my day not cause it was profitable for youš¤£ maybe you should change the name of the gym to āFitness Half time for the Full priceā Iām sure Iām not the only member that would like work out after 9pm. As far as traffic goes The name of your gym is ā24 hour fitnessāš traffic shouldnāt matter. 24 hour access is the whole reason I joined your gym. Iām visiting from Kona Hawaii and Planet fitness there has been open 24 hours on the weekdays. Way less traffic and SOMEHOW they managed to maintain there gym Hours. As far as being profitable thatās kind of a jokeš¤£š§ I donāt think every members gym rates got cut in half becauseā24 hour fitnessā is only open half the time. Which BTW would have been the right thing to do. So you should be just as profitable or more cause your not running 24 hours but members are still paying the SAME 24 hour rate$$$. So Your answer Doesnāt ANY make sense. Pretty sad. With all that being said the person who finally did answer the phone was very friendly and professional and seemed sympathetic to my needs. I donāt leave bad reviews often but I almost had to drive down there just to get an answer to my question...

I am writing a review because I have been extremely disappointed by the gyms lack of maintenance, and a staff members awful attitude. The maintenance is subpar and the bathrooms are filthy. Last week not a single Men's restroom stall had toilet paper, and I was very thankful I only needed to blow my nose. I informed a young gentleman who was sitting on his phone near the employee computers. He just sat there and continued texting and said ok. He was still sitting there by the time I left and there was no toilet paper after my hour long workout. Furthermore, the spa has been broken for at least three weeks, maybe four. This gym has really gone down hill over the past few years. It is very sad because some staff members are excellent but the lack of cleanliness and maintenance is abhorrent.
