My only opinion of this place is that they cheat and try skimming every last penny you have. You cannot start your membership unless you agree to their unreasonable clauses and you cannot visit another gym because of the higher membership fees. How fitness connection compensates for their low prices is by charging joining fees, membership fees, annual fees and so on.In all, please do not go for this just because of the apparent “LOW PRICE” because you’re going to end up paying extra.Pathetic experience and will make sure I do not recommend the place to anyone.

greetings again !! I have been paying for the gym for more than two years and for more than 1 year and 6 months that I cannot go because of the schedule they have !! When I hired it was 24/7 now not !! I think that I should go back like this because if the hours are longer there is less accumulation of people, everyone can go at the time they want and feel safer !! if they don't change the schedule I'm going to retire and I think many like me !!

The gym itself is absolutely incredible! The equipment is top notch, it’s very spread out so you aren’t bumping into a bunch of people, and there are plenty of cardio equipment to work on burning extra calories or water weight after a lift. The only reason I can’t rate this gym higher is the simple fact I couldn’t use a family members guest pass because their “COVID-19 precautions” but yet I could get a day pass.. for $16.00.. I can understand charging a day pass fee but that’s more expensive than my monthly membership for my gym back home! I definitely will look elsewhere when I search for a gym membership in the Addison and Carrollton area when I move down here soon. Allowing guest/day passes but not allowing a member to use their guest pass because COVID-19 is a little hypocritical by any standards. The company might want to re-evaluate.

***Alert***We joined for sometime and due to covid we stopped going to the gym and were not comfortable going again since even we are waiting on the test results, called customer care if they would freeze our account again or cancel it, We just paid day before yesterday (1/04/21) monthly fees per account, I called to cancel she said needs 30 days notice which is valid only from Feb 1st. So I have to pay another $45 for nothing.I do understand all the business are affected in this covid but you cannot just take $90 for nothing. I literally wanted to rejoin prolly after situation gets close to normal but no customer service skills from the lady over the phone who cancelled our account. For sure I am not going to rejoin again fitness connection.

This gym FAR EXCEEDS the Mesquite location that I have had the displeasure of working out at over the last few weeks. THE CARROLLTON LOCATION IS MUCH CLEANER, THE STAFF IS MUCH MORE MATURE AND FRIENDLY AND SO IS THE CLIENTELE. The only criticism is have is that I have noticed that one or two machines...like the hack squat machine...have been BROKEN FOR MONTHS. So, if at all possible fitness connection needs to improve the speed of repairs to equipment.

Unfortunately my account went “120” with out payment due to cancel card and what not. Anyway the point is that Fitness Connection took advantage of this when paying and getting everything back in order! They didn’t “grandfather”me back in meaning I got screwed!! No longer have access to all the fitness centers!! My maintenance fee sky rocketed!! Lady helping with this DIDNT EXPLAIN THIS MESS!! L.A. Fitness is now $9.99!! L.A. Fitness here we COME!!!I would just like to add its 7:24 pm Saturday! This place is closed!! Ugh time to find a better place to work out!

I've been a member here multiple times. It's definitely my favorite gym in dfw. It's usually clean and my only problem is occasionally weights aren't racked where they're supposed to be. There is a private women's workout area which is quite nice, and the whole gym is warm but not hot which helps with breaking a sweat.

Okay, for 10 dollars it might seem reasonable. But they charge you the initiation fee and the annual fee which is around 200 dollars.I know the gym was closed for several months for covid and all but i was still getting charged on the card. Finally, i had to cancel the membership in December because I was moving to another state for college and they had the audacity to say that there’s a 30-day notice for cancellation; meaning they’re still charging me for 2 more months. Nobody mentioned me about this whenever I was signing upSo Technically their NO COMMITMENT AGENDA is on the top list of hysterical things for 2020. So there goes your hard earned money for the scheme only $10 DOLLARS A MONTH! NO COMMITMENT.

100% worst gym in Dallas, as a brand. They sneak you with fees they don't tell you. Then when you try to cancel you'll wait on the phone for over an hour to only have them yell you "were busy but we'll have someone call you back" and never call you back so they can charge you again. Then you call again and they tell you it's 30 days to cancel so they'll charge you again. Worst gym ever, even plant fitness doesn't do that to their customers. If I could give less that a 1 star I would.

Been at this gym for over 3 years....and don't plan on changing soon even tho I moved farther away from it. People putting 1 star reviews are just picky af. What more do you want for $10 a month? A yacht? Gtoh! Friendly staff, great hours, always clean, a whole lot of machines and weights....easy 5 stars!!
