Love this place except whoever is in charge of the movies in the women workout area needs to do better, a movie is almost never playing, it is always on the Home Screen, I go to this gym everyday and a movie plays maybe every three days, they always forget to press play after clicking on the movie and we are stuck looking at the title scene for two hours. Otherwise great gym.

Listen, the facility is nice and friendly. The issue is the "billing department". When my daughter and I signed up they had signs everywhere promoting $10 down/$10 a month. I was charged $73.04. I was told to call the main office to adjust as they didn't have the ability locally. I called, and was told that not only no refund would be made, but that since I had signed the documents I was held to what it said. Would have loved to use this facility, but will not be swindled.

The staff here is always super friendly. The folks who work out here are also super nice and happy to help anyone starting their gym journey and very inviting. I just wish it were 24 hours like in the before times.

As I love the Convenience of this gym the Manager Mike UWUBANMWEN is incompetent and rude. I have been a member over a year and my plastic fob they gave some how fell off. He told me that I had to purchase a new one. I told him I wasn’t going to do that. He then told me that he was going to give me a one time curtesy check-in. So I said oh well I guess I have to cancel my membership. He said “ I can do that right now if you need me to.” So I called customer service and they told me all I had to do was download the app and I can check-in with out the plastic fob. How incompetent of a manger to not know that the app had my bar code and I didn’t need to worry about it.

I can say i really love this gymBut canceled my membership because they stopped being 24hrs. At this point Covid is not going anywhere and I would really wish they would have not changed their hours because I love this gym. Been going to fitness connection since. 2015 and hate I had to cancel for the biggest perks they offered which was 24hrs

Never any dumbbells available. Three dumbbell trees completely empty. Has a women’s workout area but you have to go hunt down weights from 5 to 15 pounds and a bench or just hint them down and workout where you find them. Takes months to fix equipment especially the bikes. Tried to talk to the manager about there only being one 7.5 weight in the whole building and her told me I was wrong and he would find the other one. That was 2 weeks ago and there is still just one

Ok I read the reviews and most of the negatives I see are reasons that are not a good justification in my opinion. Ive worked out at various gyms and i can tell you- for the price for new equipment and a clean gym, you cannot beat what you get for the buck.I had the tour on 2/23/2017 and a couple things i liked:CleanNew equipmentVarious ranges of equipment to give a full body workoutClean locker roomPrivate changing roomsHuge saunaAmple lockersSpin roomBasketball courtRacketball courtPrivate Women Workout RoomNo pool but you have more square footage for more work-out equipmentAs for packed times, that is standard for any gym, just avoid the rush hours so you can get your workout. Ignore the bickering and stick to the overall big picture for other reviewers. If youre wanting "pampering" this gym isn't for you and consider elsewhere for a higher price. If you want a gym that gives you a nice choice of equipment for a good work, this is a good place to start for the price for sure. I left LA Fitness to join this gym and i am satisfied.

I joined before they ever opened the doors (presale) as we had been across the street at 24 hour fitness for 17 years. So I have been working out there 4-5 times per week since the opening. Immediately saved 40% from what we were paying at 24. The last year has been very challenging due to COVID; but since reopening, they have put a lot of effort into cleanliness and adhering to wearing masks (I know working out in a mask is not something I enjoy but is mandated for FC to stay open and those folks to have employment/get paid). I go at times where it is not that crowded. Maddie has done an awesome job at keeping her staff motivated, keeping the gym clean and cohesive team work onsite during COVID.I nominate her for Ops Mgr of the Year for 2020! I definitely would like to see Saturday hours extended to 6 pm OR limited Sunday hours! The only other gym issue is that a lot of dumb bells disappear into other areas of the gym from the free weight area and can’t be found-solution would be to have a rack of lighter dumbbells around the Women’s fitness area so they don’t get poached front the free weight area as much. As a guy, I can’t go into the women’s area even when I see unused dumbbells sitting around that were not returned. The only other issue was that I was a UBF client when Covid hit and I lost around 14 sessions due to the closing for 2 months/buyout/FC taking over personal training. I was not allowed to use those sessions and really couldn’t find a trainer that could train during the times I was available to train. Everything considered,—All in all, a great gym for what I need and do!

3 days after this company updated the mask requirements and no longer required them I contracted COVID-19 from this gym. This gym claims they clean, they don't. Also, since I've had COVID-19 I HAVE NOT had a fever - the employees at the front desk don't even scan customers foreheads correctly. To add, they just opened the kids club. Parents PLEASE don't bring your kids to this company. Cancel my membership and re-fund my money.

This place is out of this world irresponsible and has very poor customer service. Never mind the FRAUD they commit on their customers. My bf and I were told when we signed up it was $10 a month plus a one time annual fee which we paid no problem. It wasn’t until this past month my boyfriend was charged $40 for 2 people?!? Aka they doubled charged us a month AFTER I had cancelled the memberships. Ridiculous, and will never step foot in another one of their facilities.
