A mask is required even while running on a treadmill? Really? Most of the other locations are at least reasonable. I could hardly breathe while working out. Will never go to this location again. Lesson learned is if the website says for the location you’re going to “masks required at all times” without saying “except while actively working out” at the end, they will literally come over to your treadmill and make you pull it up while in a dead sprint. Ridiculous.

I have always loved the atmosphere. It truly is a "no judgement" center. I see all kinds of folks come - from the Hulk-type guys to the severely overweight men and women and no one stares, makes comments or makes (me) feel uncomfortable - ever. Obviously I can't speak for anyone else but in my opinion if anyone is uncomfortable it is due to their own body-image and feelings of not measuring up. I get that - I struggle with that, too - but as I look objectively at the rest of the participants it is absolutely coming from within, not from anyone around me (yeah, I'm some 50lbs overweight and horribly out of shape - that's why I'm going!). The trainer (Sam) is very professional and very good at knowing where someone is, and where they want to be, just by asking a few questions...then giving instruction to help us on our way. Their commitment to cleanliness started long before COVID-19 and their efforts to step that up even more are not unnoticed.Yes, I have recommended Planet Fitness to my friends and will continue to do so.

Giving 4/5 since I have to travel out 15 min to this location. Not facilities fault but more towards the weather (tornado) striking the location in Marsh Ln. Clean locker room (women’s), mostly empty past midnight which means more time to use equipment like weights. Every planet fitness is set up differently and some have their own stretch area.

I downloaded a one-time pass to check out this gym. I went this morning at 5am and was really disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival I let the people in the front know that this was my first time and they told me to just scan the pass and go right in. I wasn't offered any information, tour, safety guidelines, membership info, etc. In regards to the gym, it's smaller than most with only every other machine available but what really bothered me was that you had to wear a mask while using the machines. I understand while walking around and changing from station to station but to keep it on while actually exercising was frustrating. After I was done, I walked out without being acknowledged. Customer service was definitely a fail here.

I like going to this gym when I'm able to go. It's DARK in there so people don't stare as much, there's a lot of equipment so you don't have to awkwardly wait, & just the overall atmosphere is super great. I feel comfortable sweating there, because people aren't weirdly looking at you, & I feel like I can really push myself without getting weirded out as a female. As a female, I feel safe there compared to other gym institutions. This place is awesome. I'd definitely recommended. The only thing is I'm not a fan of the location, the gym feels safe, however the parking lot doesn't. Just do more exercising & run to your car afterwards haha.

Going for the big 5 star here. Always clean. Plenty of open space and machinery to go around. Speaking of machinery there is a hood selection to use. Only complaints I have are about some of the other members and their guests. But none of it is a reflection on the staff and management at this location. Overall, for the first time in my life, I am excited and genuinely look forward to going to a gym thanks to this location!

I love the fact they have a full-time staff that keeps this place sparkling clean! Amazing staff and talented trainers who are serious about encouraging you to get moving and exercise. It seems this location also is keen on a constant flow of new/improved exercise machines and equipment. Love that if you are unsure of how to use something, the staff will jump for the chance to teach you without making you feel stupid. Great folks and a great place to workout!

I want to give a shout out to the Farmers Branch, Tx location! They definitely earned my forever business! I had to cancel a few months early because of bad financial issues and they offered to cover them until my actual date was up so I wouldn’t have to pay the fee! YOU GUYS ROCK! THANK YOU! I will be back once I’m stable again!!

This is the planet fitness i always my go to, and it really is a judgement free environment. I have been going for a while and have never had a problem. Staff is very friendly AND IT IS CLEAN. Would definitely recommend anyone to try out this location!

Now I've been working out here for years, so take this with a grain of salt. This morning I had the worst workout in my days with this awesome place. Why? The New years seasonals occupying machines, using the wrong equipment to do an exercise, stinking up the place with their 5:30 a.m. odor. If you choose to come to our gym. Bathe, spray on some cologne, dress decently, and learn how to workout using their more than knowledgeable staff like PT Sam or the amazing Laura at the front desk. God bless us! We have to deal with these pests for a few more weeks, before they go back into their holes. PLANET FITNESS RULES!
