Always clean and the workers in the afternoon are always amazing! We make jokes when we get in and always have a lovely face to say goodbye to us. I only know two co workers that like to make it difficult to check in and probably hate their job but the rest always amazing!

So trying to get back in to the swing of thing so I decided to become a member of planet fitness. It was my first time going yesterday and the customer service was amazing especially the cute Asian girl at the counter I think she’s new 🤔anyways lol clean environment an very respectful place 5stars all day! …

I like this workout gym! Could do without the news and constant playing as options. I wonder if they realize that moat listens to their own music. Just a suggestion to "health" gyms, play things that encourage people and uplifts them. Times are changing! Get with the people program not corporate disinformation. Also health gyms should not "stress" people into contracts that have fine print disclosures that make it difficult to break if life happens. Rethink policies. I only went here because my friend is a member which is a perk they have. I don't have a membership because of how they took advantage or my young adult daughters who didn't read the fine print about cancelling their membership once they moved out of state. Do better!

This gym is CLEAN. Not just clean...I mean you actively see employees cleaning throughout your duration there. Checking to see if the showers, toilet and sinks are clean. That is unheard of even in the midst of covid. It’s so funny. The gyms advertised to be more upscale in more socioeconomic areas are actually worse in comparison for 1/10 the price. I wrote a scathing review of the roach infested Life Time in Addison. This place is 10x nicer. The attendants here are extremely meticulous. You know how clean the restrooms are? There is zero mildew between the tiles of the showers. Yes, that is how observant I am. No disgusting questionable debris or hair on the floor of the showers. It was CLEAN. The sinks were clean. The toilets were clean! I was so moved because it’s rare to see employees actually do their jobs properly. I actually wanted to thank them for doing there job. I was sitting in the waiting area and I heard them discussing side work of what needed to be done to keep the facility clean. Thats rare in other gyms I have visited. There is always hair or something off except the lifetimes, lifetime usually are pretty clean. Except the one in Addison. Whoever manages this Planet Fitness is doing an excellent job. Fantastic job.

Wow this place is pretty awesome. Hydro massage with minesweeper and ocean video and nice staff and friendly workouts and rowing machine and great prices with guest capabilities and free training! Wow!!

Always good at Planet Fitness. I go to workout at Planet Fitness has all over the US and I have no problems so far with anyone not keeping the gym clean. As far as mask requirements go is based on state to state laws. But in most cases like Texas I have noticed that you do not have to wear a mask as long as there is social distancing in effect which would apply to a six foot rule "while working out". In response to a review below, regarding masks and treadmills, CLEARLY you have NO idea what the mask mandate says:"Every person in Texas shall wear a face covering over the nose and mouth when inside a commercial entity or other building or space open to the public, or when in an outdoor public space, wherever it is not feasible to maintain six feet of social distancing from another person not in the same household;"By allowing members to NOT wear a mask YOU ARE VIOLATING THIS MANDATE. EVERYONE should be reporting you for constant violations. I'll be sure to do so.

The facility is always clean and the staff is really personable. I only see the owner maybe once every few months since I go in early but he always makes a point to say Hello when I come in and knows me by name.

This is such a Great Place!! Everyone is really friendly and such a Great Price to become a Black Card Member! So many different Types of equipment and comes with Tanning witch it worth the price alone!!!

First let me start by saying I love planet fitness as a company, but this location is poorly uneducated on service dogs and have been giving me access issues. I recommend going to another location if you have a service animal and be aware this place illegally turns away service animals marked as "in training" on their vest. Also bring a bowl even if your service dog is water fountain trained they will pull you aside and grill you over it. The access issue was the final straw for me since 75% of service dog training is done while on duty in public its illegal to turn away in training service dogs as long as you have your service dog under control. If you don't train them in public they never learn how to work in public..... Sad such an inclusive company is burdened with uneducated staff....
