I've never liked planet fitness much but I will say if your a beginner this is probably a good place to start working at your goals if your intent on doing it yourself. I gave it 3 stars because when my girlfriend tried signing her brother up for a membership off hers the staff was very rude to her saying that because she joined a planet fitness in Chicago she couldn't add her brother on to her account here in Texas as a employee of two other gyms I can pretty much guarantee you that if they really cared about members they woulda found a way to work with her and they really just didn't seem interested in helping her out. Other then that it's a typical beginner gym it's not the worst but not the best just good enough to get things done

Cleanest gym ever. There are at least two people cleaning equipment everytime I'm there. The locker room and showers are very clean also. Lots of weights and equipment. I never had to wait for weights or equipment.

I had to edit this review because of my continued experience with Planet Fitness. The front desk staff is very happy to get you signed up, but don't care at all after that. I had several workouts where people would break gym rules (like bringing free range equipment into the 30 minute room, blasting their personal music out loud, etc), which really affected my workout. When I brought these issues to the staff's attention, each time they would say they would go handle it, and then they would continue to sit at the front desk instead of addressing the issue at hand. These issues started 3 weeks into my year long commitment, and it got to the point I stopped working out here as often, because I couldn't trust the staff to do their jobs to keep the gym usable. I've had a membership for over a year, but I decided to move on instead of transferring my home location when I move. This location still has a great setup, but every other aspect of the gym other than equipment sucks. When I tried to call to cancel my membership the system auto hung up on me after no one answered my call for 20 minutes! I called back the next day and after waiting 15 minutes, I was rudely informed that I would have to visit my home location to cancel. There were no other options given, and he hung up right after that! I called again a week later and was nicely informed that there's other options (still no online or call options) to cancel. Its ridiculous that Planet Fitness has little/no customer service at their locations or on the customer service line. This gym is a classic beginners trap and is a horrible experience overall. A complete waste of money and time![I've left the original review I wrote a year ago below to show you the true difference of my experience with Planet Fitness. I gave it 5 stars at the time]A fantastic facility and wonderful, knowledgeable staff. The front desk walked me through the first visit process thoroughly with professionalism and ease. They were able to check other guests in while giving me a full verbal tour of the facility. The equipment is nice and clean and repairs are taken care of quickly. The low cost and no commitment options really set this gym apart from others, but their level of expertise and friendliness sets it above the competition. They really live up to their non-judgemental policies

I have been going to this location since they opened. I love how the equipment is setup in the gym. Staff is nice. They do have a lot of turnover but every person that is hired is extremely friendly. I moved away from the area 20 minutes out. When I get the chance I make the drive to come to this location.

Just tough to rate any higher with the constant issues here. From two weeks of inoperable lights in the gym to limited deep cleaning in the showers and locker rooms. I've visited nearly 30 Planet Fitness gyms over the last three years and find this one to be below Planet Fitness standards. The staff is very friendly and clean the common areas. However the mens locker sadly to say is just horrible. There seems to be mold in the showers and the stench is appalling. Unfortunately with my 40 minute commute I routinely visit this gym as well as the Village on the green and Frisco. I usually see other PF gym scrubbing and wet mopping their gyms. Not so much here. I will say this gym has a very nice selection of equipment vs others. Also, within 3 months I've seen 3 or 4 members get injured from faulty equipment. Definitely a hit or miss here. Just needs some care to get it back in shape.

I only started a week a go (never worked out before) but between 3pm and 5pm when I can make it it is not crowded at all and the trainer, Sam, is very friendly, encouraging and started helping right a away. No issues yet and is clean. Cant speak for tanning beds cause I don't use them but the massage chairs are nice.

This is one of the largest and cleanest Planet fitness I've been to. A huge assortment of equipment, clean and spacious locker rooms and showers. Despite the size and quality it doesn't get too busy here, its surprisingly a ghost town between 5am and 7am compared to other gyms. My only downfall is that I was required to add my checking account to my membership in addition to a credit card for automatic withdrawals...

Very clean place. Nice team they are always ready for any question. I highly recommended.:)

They have the best pricing in town and for those kind of low rates of $10/month with 1 year committment or $15/month with no committment, you really can't complain about the quality of the gymnasium facility and equipment. Friendly staff, not overly crowded, great price & reasonable quality !! What's not to like ?

Very clean, the people keep to themselves. No one bothers you. I have only gone in the evenings, parkings can be a bit stiff at times but you can always find a machine to get on no problem. For 25 a month you get all the amenities. And you get to bring a friend for free every time you go. They can only use the machines but still, its free. They have cheaper plans as well.
