I have a love/hate relationship with the gym. I love the routes and walls here but hate the safety when it comes to kids running around. I understand there are safety videos at the start of climbing and that there are counselors who watch a lot of the kids in camps, but I and my fellow climbers routinely have to tell kids and workers that kids should not be running and should be looking up above them when by a wall. I've had a friend almost land on a kid before and the workers put cones up but that was the one time. It's exhausting having to keep watch of kids, parents, and workers not taking proper safety measures. I and my fellow climbers have had to avoid areas/routes and it makes climbing not fun. Please get a better system for watching over kids and keeping everyone safe. This is not an isolated incident and happens literally every time I come to climb. For example, kids will be jumping across the top of the donut, rushing over to a wall while people are climbing, jumping in areas others are climbing, running under people climbing, etc.Edit to add: The answer should not be to avoid areas of kids or to find another time to climb. Safety should matter at all times and areas of the gym. Also, staff are generally kind and helpful when it pertains to everything other than kids running around and jumping.

Staff were super friendly, the bouldering area was a bit small and ranking was challenging for me, V0-2 felt much harder than Gyms in other states, although - I am a beginner so this is just how it felt for me.They also got a few auto-belay spots which is great (and were hard for me, even the 5.8, and I am usually climbing 5.10c).I will come later next time and try the kids section on the left that opens at noon, might be easier :)

This place was awesome. I was there with my sons cub scouts, and they were great with the kids. Very understanding, and very encouraging to all the kids. Loved this experience. The Cub Scout Pack is planning on coming back again. I personally will be coming back with the rest of my family.

Was there with my two kids ages 4 and 8. They both had a great time and can't wait to go back. I used to do indoor climbing regularly and was really impressed by the size of the facility and the great variety of climbs, at varying skill levels. Very clean and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Prices are really reasonable and first timers get a nice discount. Definitely going back.

I took my 5 year old for his first experience climbing and he had a blast. Before we even left he was begging to come back tomorrow

Huge. HahaThis place is freaking massive. So many options for bouldering, auto belays, top roping, and lead. They also offer day camps if you got kiddos.Love it, just wish there was one in Holly Springs.

Great facilities. Incredibly friendly and helpful team. The day pass price for first-time visitors includes the rental of very comfortable climbing shoes and a harness.

I love TRC, but the only thing that sucks about morrisville is that more than half the bouldering area is closed before 12, which they do make clear. I’m sure they do it for good reason.

I've been to multiple of there location and been very happy with every visit. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help in any way. I highly recommended TRC for pretty much any occasion. They have something for every age.

A place where you can get a good workout while having fun challenging yourself to varying levels of rock climbing! They have these huge walls with different types of color coded holds where the colors represent a level of difficulty. Some walls have auto belay and others require a partner. You can also get belay certified here. They also have meetup groups who organize field trips to actual mountain climbing. An awesome place right at the heart of the Triangle!
