If you know someone who is a member and it's your first time going it's free. I enjoyed all the different walls they had. I only bouldered and had a great time. Everyone was respectful of each other's space. Good environment

I've been a member for 7 years now, I love this community of people and staff. TRC is hosting events and adding new benefits for the members all the time and trying their hardest to have a fun and energetic climbing environment. Highly recommended for anyone, lots of climbing experience or none!

I read online that belay/lead tests are done anytime. Once I arrived, I was told to wait an hour to take a lead test, then another 15 minutes, and another 15 minutes... Until I had waited two hours to take the test. Such a waste of time if you are mostly interested in lead climbing. That said, the staff was friendly. The price was only okay ($19 for a day pass). The holds were a bit old. Overall, the people were nice, but this is far from a "state-of-the-art" facility.

I took my 4 year old on a rainy Saturday and ended coming back and joining. Call ahead if you are taking kids because they might have a birthday party that ropes off most of the easy auto-belay runs. Nice staff and cool place to workout.

This is one of the more amazing things to see in doors! Really shocking to see the mammoth walls inside a building, and you don't have to deal with the weather. Safety is first and kids and adults alike have a blast here! Great value and creative use of space.

The facility itself is great, huge variety of wall to climb. However, I found the attention to detail safety-wise lacking. Examples: One belay rope was too short. No stopper knot used by staff member. Knowledge and experience of 'instructors' varies widely. Belay certification is a joke (no actual belaying, catching of fall, etc. must be demonstrated).

The owners are wonderful to work with and are eager to encourage all to try the sport of indoor rock climbing. You don't have to be a pro to experience their facility. They also partner with many local organzations for team bonding events, camps and overnight stays including Girl and boy scouts and the Y.

Great facility for my family which ranges in skill from 5.8 to 5.13, top rope to lead. One kid on climbing team which has made him ultra-fit, strong, and competitive as a climber. Coaches and team prpgram are awesome. Facility, since expansion, is incredible with 55' walls.

This gym is an excellent spot to make new friends and to meet people with the same interests as yours. The staff if very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The turn-over of routes and boulder problems is frequent enough to not get bored with them but you still have time to work on them before they're taken down and replaced by new cool stuff.Climbing-wise, the only downside is that the walls are not very tall, but with the expansion currently under construction this will be made up for.The only changing room facilities are the two restrooms. Unfortunately, they don't offer a shower after a long and sweaty workout.Overall, I'm very pleased with this gym :)

Fine gym with lots of boulder problem and sport lead options. Fun atmosphere and friendly staff as well. They are very attentive and typically very responsive to most customer needs.Chalk in the air is still an issue at times, but the staff is typically happy to open the doors and vent some fresh air in.
