This gym has gone down hill lately. It's dirty all the time. Equipment takes a lifetime to get fixed, the sauna has been down for almost a month. I'll never understand how the GM keeps his job he was horrible at Parker/Arapahoe and is horrible here too

get your hot tub and sauna room to work everyday. This is why I bought the membership. When they are broken it takes few days to a week to work. Why can't you guys have a dedicated and experienced person to come and fix it as soon as possible. The one in aurora 24 does not have this problem. only the parker location is meshed up. I am just tired.

Overall, this gym is okay. It covers most of what I need for programming as a weightlifter. However, I have two major problems with this gym.1: The lack of women’s barbells at most of the Colorado locations. Each gym has between 0-1 women’s bars. Which, for those who don’t lift a ton, is something they use even at the elite level. Despite asking multiple times at different locations, there has been no progress in getting at least 2-3 women’s barbells. For comparison, there are between 5 and 15 men’s barbells at each location I have been to. AND I can say with confidence it is not a budget situation as I have seen brand new flooring and new platforms(understandable), 2 new “fancy” benches (even though they have MANY benches spread around the gym), and 5-7 new self-powered runners (which run between $1,500 and $13,000 PER runner depending on brand). One less runner and there could be 2 new women’s bars at this location.2: Management. In general, it takes a few weeks to fix an issue when the sauna or other amenities are out of order. In particular, the Parker 24 hour fitness management is run by a manager who is argumentative. He has even said “this gym might not be for you” to members who are doing workouts that are legitimate and not dangerous.TOO LONG DIDN’T READ1: If you are a female and you are looking to lift, I would not suggest choosing 24 hour fitness, you will have a hard time finding a gym with a women’s barbell and if you do, it is probably already being used.2: Be aware you won’t be able to use all the amenities at some point, and if you go to the Parker location be careful of what you do to workout, because even if it’s a totally legitimate form of exercising, if the Manager doesn’t like it, he’ll make sure you know multiple times.I would recommend Vasa fitness, even if you have to drive a little extra. The two locations I go to have at least 3 women’s barbells and the management seems to be a little more reasonable and effective.

One word….Vasa. Don’t waste your time our money if you don’t have to at 24, especially the Parker location with the poor management in place. If you are near a Vasa location even if it’s a little further of a drive, they are superior and the cost is the same. I can’t wait for a Vasa to come to Parker!

They need to post signs by the steam room reinforcing that people are not allowed to bring personal sprays & oils in & spray them. This is a public space and it should not be regulated by people’s personal preferences let alone whatever oils they want. Absolutely ridiculous. Talked to a manager & if I don’t see signs next weekend I will just take matters into my own hands.

I accidentally left an item in the locker so I went back at 9:45pm to get but the doors were locked despite the fact the hours are listed as open until 10pm. The heavy set guy at the front desk with glasses looked at me and didn't even bother to open the door, instead he decided to play with his ball throwing it up in the air and catching it... Lol first class customer service 👏

Sad gym. Equipment is bunched together so closely you're bumping into members every turn. No racks for plates. Worst of all is the filth. It's worth questioning if the place has ever been cleaned. Hair and dust everywhere. They recently removed all towel dispensers, leaving no means of wiping equipment down.
