Echoing the other statements…what kind of 24 hour fitness closes and at 10pm!?!? Also could be cleaner

Simply put, awful. This gym appears to be circling the drain. The entire facility is filthy. Dirt between equipment and all over the floors, dust ( which is partially composed of dead skin cells and hair) is all over the bases of the machines. The floor doesn't look like its been mopped in months. The are around the jacuzzi is riddled with small tufts of hair, the pool looks dirty. The locker rooms smells horribly, like human waste.I will not go back here again. I stopped going despite pre paying for my membership.Rumor is that 24 hour fitness is on the financial ropes and they are trying to boost membership to sell the chain.I dont need to be apart of that.

Filthy gym that cycles from bad to worse. The entire facility is filthy. Dirt between equipment and all over the floors, dust ( which is partially composed of dead skin cells and hair) is all over the bases of the machines. The floor is always smattered with people and dog hair.I've spoken to management on several occasions and they just don't seem to care and make excuses, even saying "it is what it is". Direct quote from 2 of the managers. What it says is that it's just not going to change with current management. New and better management is sorely needed. Someone who takes pride in their work and wants a great member experience. Read all their pathetic replies of how sorry they are.

When will we finally get our money's worth and have 24 hour access? I have to drive a half hour to another location, instead of one that is right by the house.

I am kind of disappointed with how 24 hour is looking compared to when I first joined. There are children EVERYWHERE! They sit specifically at the arm equipment texting and chatting. No respect for gym etiquette. The women's locker room is starting to turn into TikTok filming area (which is highly illegal to film in a locker room). I don't even know if I complaining to staff will help. I hope 24hrs will hear these complaints and try to work harder to keep the gym a place to get healthy and fit, and not just a social area for kids to go at recess.

Very poor customer service from the general manager. He continually spoke over me rather than listening to my concerns, even after I asked him twice to stop talking over me and listen. He was extremely rude and escalated a situation that could have been handled with good customer service. When I asked him for his supervisor's name and contact information, he told me she didn't have a phone and he would have to take my information and give it to her. This is a large corporation, are you telling me your district managers don't have contact information? I'm betting I won't get a call from the district manager. I was going to sign my teens up to come during the summer while off from college, but they just lost all of us as customers!

came to this location for a switch up in my daily workouts with the group fitness classes. I was appalled at how dirty the women’s locker room was as well as the corners of the club itself. It appears they really don’t care about cleaning the club or sanitizing equipment at all. Upon speaking to the manager she let me know they are now having their own team members clean the club so there is literally nobody to blame but the staff and management themselves. truly disgusting.

Need rename, no longer “24hr Fitness” especially when you close @ 8pm on Saturdays? 10pm on weekdays. The one thing that made 24hr fitness unique is gone, people with long workdays no longer have a place to workout when their schedule permits.
