Finally hired a morning member to clean this disgusting and dirty gym. I hope your paying him well, he works hard and has months worth of catching up to do. Complaints to manager and staff for months about filthy floors and steam room unanswered. Planet fitness just down the street is cheaper, way cleaner and open “24 hours”…….. oh and the cardio/bike room that was amazing when this place opened has had no programs since before Covid hit…….. a lot of excuses at this place, sure would be nice to see them step it up for the services we are all paying for.

The gym has nice equipment. That’s about it. The general manager of the gym talks down to customers. He said there were “terms and conditions” to the free pass and we didn’t “meet” them, which he followed up by trying to charge us $50 to use the gym and not honor the pass. We will never be customers of 24 hour fitness again.

Devon, the manager has some issues, man can’t even wear a mask right. AVOID this location at all cost.

Great gym to get a good workout in even in. Some amenities are closed due to COVID-19 unfortunately, but it's to be expected

If you plan on working out when they open, I would recommend any other gym. Countless times they are not open at 5 am.

New gym, with brand new equipment. Staff is always killing it!24 has great covid policies and has been staying on top of enforcing it.

This gym is probably one of the nicest gyms around the denver area would definitely recommend trying them out. Their month to month and have awesome representatives like Steve!!! Freaking Steve!! Really takes care of you like a small town gym would. However their huge and have soooooo many locations in colorado. All the locations have amazing amenities like massive sauna and steam rooms. Oh yeah super clean and sanitized. I see the workers cleaning and wiping down the equipment alll the time. They clean so much you'd think there wouldn't be any equipment left after how many times they rub it down.

Don't go to 24 hour fitness. They closed a location during Covid. I "assumed" that I would not keep getting billed for $400 worth of payments. They stated that I would be allowed to use my membership elsewhere, but this was never communicated. My assumption was that I would be cancelled when the gym closed, not "transferred" and billed. I only noticed it because of a fraud alert on my card, and I had to review postings. My mistake for not checking like a hawk and assuming what I felt was obvious. This feels like a horrible business decision hiding behind fine print. Go elsewhere to a local gym.

First of all, I love the gym. I've actually had motivation to get in shape for a change and I feel great. As far as the new hours; I'm not super fond of but I understand you gotta do what you gotta do during these trying times.
