Staff at front desk stare at their cell phones and don't acknowledge anyone. Never see staff clearing. Gym is usually dirty.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is clean, and there is a variety of equipment available. I love the turf area for circuit training.

Rick the General manager of the Parker location does an excellent job. Whenever I have issues I contact Rick and he is very quick to take care of whatever problems arise. This is one of the best 24 locations I have been to and I have been a member of 24 Fitness since 2001.

This gym has been my favorite gym in 30 years. Rick, James and the rest of the staff are not only extremely accommodating but they care about each member. I love this gym.

I’m highly disappointed that the hours are changing to 6:00am on the weekends. I understand Covid had a huge impact on the business but now that other clubs are going back to an actual 24 hour schedule, it doesn’t make sense to me that they are opening later here.

Usually businesses will make it confusing and a pain to cancel a membership, this is not the case anymore with 24 hour fitness. I’m definitely more willing to use a company that doesn’t make you jump through hoops for simple stuff. Shout out to Brian for amazing customer service. I’ll be back when I have time again.

Hours are a joke for a 24hr fitness. If they are understaffed then why are 3-4 people standing around the front desk doing nothing whenever I go in during the day? Otherwise it's a pretty good gym, nice equipment.

Overall a nice gym. I typically don't spend this 40-50 bucks a month on a gym, but I was able to grab a nice black friday gym. Hopefully I can get these deals in the future, as many gyms offer the same amenities for 10-20 dollars less. I'm dropping one star for the fact that the gym is named 24 hour fitness and not opened 24 hours. I understand companies were reducing hours due to COVID to cut expenses, but other gym companies are moving to more regular hours once more considering traffic is returning to normal. Heck, I might just start going to the one 10 minutes further down the road since they're open till 11.

Like it so far. James was awesome. i signed up a month ago but didn’t get to use my membership due to unforeseen circumstances, he hooked me up with a new plan & i’m pumped to get started on getting back into shape before my divorce is final.

This place started out with such potential. Unfortunately lack of management has allowed the place to go downhill pretty quickly. This morning no one there to open the doors. Not the first time. No one cleans anything. Staff at front is friendly but spend most of their time on their phones. Constantly asking to refill cleaning supplies. I think I will have to consider other options for my $40 a month
