This is a good place for an inexpensive workout. The facility is well stocked with excellent equipment and the locker rooms, pool, sauna and steam areas are excellent. However, recently there has been a decline in the overall cleanliness of the entire facility. The workout area floor is always dirty. The same large clumps of dirt and debris have been notice over several days. A number of machines have been broken, as well as the heating unit for the pool and now the Steam Room is down for repair. I realize that this is winter, outside debris and dirt gets inside and things happen, but your young staff that work the reception desk spend more time on their phones and virtually no time attending to their jobs. They're very nice and extremely polite but like most younger people, they seemed to be more attentive to their "tic tok" then their jobs.

The place is always busy, and it’s a 24 Hour Fitness that is not open twenty-four hours. Additionally, it’s very dirty around the equipment and the employees don’t seem to care. Volume of equipment and variety is good.

Weights are nice and they have basketball and swimming. Don’t come here if you are from out of town. The day passes are the same as a monthly membership which is total bogus. I just wanted to workout for an hour and I had to pay $25 for it. Manager got confrontational after I expressed my dissatisfaction of the day pass price.

Be aware that they promote False advertisement!…..I went to the 24 hours website and signed up for the 3 days try out pass, the system sent me an email with a code to try it out for free for 3 days, I even got a text message stating that I got a free trial for 3 days. I really wanted to try this Gym since I’m new in the area, but first I want to see the quality of the service. Now I know the quality by just getting rejected by the front desk young girl that works there. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I guess they just lost 2 perspective clients. Piece of advice , don’t sell propaganda that you can’t match.

For the price, this place is fantastic! They have a full club set up with pool sauna, steam room, basketball court etc for a fraction of what other places charge. There are 2 areas to improve that could improve. Cleanliness is the first. It is very easy to come across dirty spots and that is a little frustrating because you often see multiple people at the front counter doing nothing. It seems as though they have dedicated cleaning people. They need to make cleaning everyone’s job including front counter people.Secondly, they need to open earlier than 6am on Saturdays. That’s just too late. 5am would acceptable.

- I wish they would work at least till 11pm in general. They close too early. They say go to another 24 I mean its quite a ride to another one. I use you because its close to my home otherwise I would use better gym.PLEASE CONSIDER TO CHANGE.- Another thing I would like to see improve is lack of equipment I see that they have space and they could pack more stuff in there, Centennial 24Fitness is packed way better and they have more and work 24h.PLEASE CONSIDER TO ADD MORE EQ.- Also they don't have Swimsuit Dryer (Water Extractor) which is standard when you have pool / sauna.PLEASE ADD THAT.- Men bathroom - big issue they have 2urinals and both are VERY VERY LOW, I literally have to squat to pee - this is insane. both basically made for kids and kids can't come to this gym because its not kids friendly place.PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE - this is not ok at all.

They should change the name to 24hrs dirty office because it’s dirty and it’s open office hours only.
