I started training with Ryan Quinion a little over a month ago. Love that he keeps things changing and fresh and interesting and challenging. He is aware of my physical limitations and tries to improve weak areas. I enjoy working with him.

Update 2023: After a major injury, I couldn’t wait to get back to TFC (my little happy place). Susan is amazing. She challenges me each session and keeps me in check! The community at TFC just can’t be beat.2022: Highly recommend TFC! All of the trainers are professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. For the past year and a half I have worked with Susan. She is fantastic, creating workouts for me that are tailored to my physical limitations. Looking forward to many more workouts.

After years of living a sedentary lifestyle, I decided to make a change. I knew I needed someone to hold me accountable and push me, so I opted to find a personal trainer. I reached out to Total Fitness, primarily because it was conveniently located, and everything from the initial introduction call to booking my first session was so easy. Dom, one of the owners, actively listened to my fitness goals and described the ways Total Fitness could help me meet those goals. There was no high-pressure sales pitch, just a friendly discussion. After talking to Dom, I felt comfortable signing up for a package.I was able to have my first session that same week and met my trainer, Mistie. From our first meeting, I knew I had made the right choice going with Total Fitness. Mistie has a playful, infectious personality. She can make me laugh while simultaneously kicking my butt. I leave each workout drenched in sweat but still smiling. I didn't realize I could have so much fun working out.On the technical side, Mistie ensures I am activating the correct muscles and using proper form to avoid injury. But, more importantly (to me), is that she genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for her clients. She is patient, flexible, and supportive. One time, I asked about the type of pre-workout she uses, and the next session she brought me several samples to try (C4, if anyone is curious). Or, if I mention that I am going to go to the gym on a day I'm not meeting with her, she'll offer to put together a circuit for me to do on my own. She is also a certified nutrition coach, and openly shares her knowledge and suggestions to improve my diet.In the few short weeks that I've been working with Mistie at Total Fitness, I have gone from being a lazy couch potato, to that person that actually enjoys working out. I definitely recommend Total Fitness, and specifically Mistie, for anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Amazing all around experience! My friend and I worked with Dalton. He improved us in every way and taught us everything he knew. I put on lots of muscle while working with him and can now confidently make my own workouts and just feel so much better about myself all around. Couldn’t recommend Total Fitness enough!

I signed up with Total Fitness Colorado to strengthen my body during my marathon training and it was by far the best personal training experience I've ever had! I worked with Dalton for 12 sessions and he was amazing. He focused on the muscle groups that needed the most work and gave me enough push to see results! I highly recommend TFC to everyone. Pricing is fair and ALL of the trainers are so kind. Thanks Jay & Dom for everything...until we meet again!

Total Fitness is a great place to work out. All the trainers are nice and friendly. The environment is clean with all the gym equipment needed for your goals. I highly recommend Scott F; he's very friendly and willing to work around any disabilities or injuries. Scott's workout plans are well suited to you personally. I have been going for 40 sessions now and I feel great. My health and stamina have improved greatly; I have also noticed my sleeping and stress improving for the better.

Update 2023: I have been working with Susan at TFC for over a year now and feel stronger than ever. Susan pushes me outside of my comfort zone and makes every work out fun. Added bonus is that this is the cleanest gym in town.2022: I started training with Susan at 2.5 months postpartum. 4 months in and I can already see results! Susan makes it easy to push myself, no tears yet - just a drive to get stronger! Doesn’t hurt that Susan is a fellow Buff and mom too :)

TFC quickly became my home away from home. Dom and team are fantastic, however, Mistie is the icing on the cake. If you combine hype qween with reality checker, you have yourself a Mistie. She is thorough, impactful, encouraging and fierce. My goals are her goals and that’s pretty cool. Mistie changed my life.
