Love my trainer Susan. Workouts are fun yet challenging and she is fantastic about handling challenging clients. I have worked with her before and after some major surgeries and she is so knowledgeable about different exercises that get good results but accommodate my limitations while healing.

Back at the end of 2021, I was in pain. I couldn’t even drive my car without severe pain in my shoulder when I moved the steering wheel. Someone I trust recommended I try Susan out before getting a cortisone shot. When I walked into Total Fitness in January of 2022, Susan made me feel so welcome. She is super friendly and knows her stuff.Every weekend, Susan plans individualized workout for each client. No one has the same workout and each week the workout is different. I love that it’s not the same boring thing every time. But the best thing for me is before we even start, Susan asks how I’m feeling. If something hurts, she pulls up my plan and makes a change as needed.After a few months of working out just once a week, I can’t even remember what that shoulder pain was like. Susan is tremendous and I am so thankful I added her to my physical health routine. I’m also grateful that she is at Total Fitness; a gym that is so clean and has great energy and they even let me sing to the music!

Excellent gym!! This place makes you feel like family. The owner's are amazing, the trainer's are amazing and the gym is so clean. I love my trainer, Susan. She has helped me become so much stronger and has challenged me to be a better person. I look forward to my training sessions!! Such a great place!!

I have been going to Total Fitness for about six years. Never had such wonderful one-on-one training. I usually train with Jay whom I have known for at least 15 years , but I've had the pleasure of working out with Dom as well. Everyone it works out is like family. I have met more people and I get really excited being there. Sounds sort of strange but it's one hour of wonderful hard work, lots of sweating and lots of fun. The gym is absolutely spotless you could probably eat off any of the equipment and or the floor. You really need to take your time to stop in and meet with these guys. All of the trainers there are special.

I have two trainers and they are both great to work with. They listen to what I say about my needs and wants and push me towards those goals .The other thing that is great about this gym is all the trainers are friendly including the clients. The place is always clean and welcoming. I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

I’ve been training at TFC for about 9 months and I have absolutely loved it! I wanted to learn how to workout for when I leave for college and I can definitely say I’ve made so much progress thanks to my trainer Samantha! She is so welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable when working out. She is the best when it comes to self discipline and motivation. I’ve loved my time there and I definitely recommend training there if you want to be more comfortable in the gym!

I have been training with Samatha for little more than 8 months and I truly notice a difference in my fitness. She plans an individualized workout according to your goal and makes it challenging but also fun. I especially enjoy the varieties she has in her workout and not one day is the same as another. She’s also the biggest cheerleader and trusts you more than what you think you are capable of! She is very encouraging and you feel confident after each workout. I totally recommend it.

Jay and Dom have created an amazing community with their trainers and the clientele they attract. Every trainer brings something different to the table so they can match up clients to whatever goal they are seeking. Not to mention the cleanliness is top notch!

Total Fitness is a top tier gym in the Highlands Ranch area. It offers a fully equipped indoor gym that also opens to the outside in nice weather. It feels like a family as the owners, trainers, and clients know each other, and it fosters a welcoming friendly environment. I highly recommend Susan as a trainer. She creates workout routines that vary across all muscle groups, challenges you to progress from where you are, is sensitive to working around any injuries, and monitors your progress over time.

TFC truly cares about their clients. They personalize to your needs and help you be your best. Susan has been my trainer for almost 2 years. She helped be fully recover from a ruptured Achilles and has me back doing things I was doing before my injury. She has helped my overall strength tremendously. Dom and Jay have created an amazing fitness family!
