The gym has quality equipment, but the gym is too busy at the times I’m able to go. There’s too many people for me to actually be able to get a good workout. I think I’ll cancel my membership.

It’s a great gym, I really think the staff there are kind and genuinely supportive. It’s always clean inside, I wish people wouldn’t break the machines though lol and I wish they could be 24 hour but all in all. It’s a really good gym!

Used to be a great gym. But way oversold. Impossible to get a work out in between say 4 and 10 pm. Lots of teenie boppers. But definitely cheap.

Super friendly staff! Great amenities for a super reasonable price. I especially like the cardio theater they play movie classics all the time.

I was moving so when I went in before my last workout I told the tall girl with glasses at the front desk I needed to cancel my membership and she said she did it. I look and I’ve been billed the last 2 months for vasa. When I called last night and asked why the guy working told me that they have no power to cancel memberships and it could be done on the app. If I would’ve known this and was told the right thing I wouldn’t have had to pay for a gym that is across the country from me. I don’t understand the point in her telling me she was canceling it out when in fact she has 0 absolute to do so.
