Overcrowded. Sauna barely works. Mostly just way to many people. All the time, at all hours. There’s no escaping.

They fixed the Sauna! Thankyou so much, it was loosing all its heat or shutting down around 8 pm every night and now it doesn’t!

The gym is always packed and parking is next to impossible. But the real reason I left this gym is because my debit card went missing and I forgot to update my account with my new card. The first warning I got said if you dont pay your ONE missed payment we will be forced to send you to collections. Like really?!

Overall this location is pretty good. The gym is probably one of the cleaner Vasa locations I’ve been to. My only real complaint is that there’s no walk way directly from the front entrance to the locker rooms. You literally have to weave in and out of machines, sometimes stopping for some people to finish their sets. Doesn’t seem like a huge deal but it’s kind of annoying playing frogger just to get changed

I've been to a few Vasa locations. The Westminster one is my favorite, but I moved down south and found this one.I am a bit of a germaphobe, and this place is pretty clean! There are many members that will not wipe down equipment after they use it. However, that's not the staffs fault. They can't run around after everyone and clean the machines after them. It sounds like some other reviewers are expecting this.It is a very busy gym!! So be prepared to wait a minute or two for the hydro massage chairs. Never heard of them?? You need to try them!!!It is a bit crowded for my liking, but that's no one's fault. It shows it is a successful place of business, so there is no sense in deducting a star for that.The trainer I work with is awesome, too! Jason is knowledgeable, and I'm lucky I found one that understands the pain I've gone through from a hip injury.

Always dirty. Staff seems to just be ornamental. And they make it impossible to cancel your membership. It's taken me over a year to finally get my membership cancelled. Not worth your time or money!

Mostly good facility. I like the pool, and the work out equipment, but the showers need repair. The handles don’t work, the hooks to hold your towels and clothes are broken, and the soap dispensers are empty or missing entirely.
