Update: It appears the gym has changed the booking process to allow 150 members per 1 hour gym session. This has vastly improved access to use the gym.Thank you for improving this process and listening to the feedback from your members. I know these are difficult times with covid restrictions so I applaud the effort to make the gym available to more members while also trying to make it safe for all members. Overall, I really enjoy using this gym and the staff has always been very helpful and professional. I have deleted my previous review since my concern has been addressed. Thank you!

Thank goodness we don’t have to wear mask in the gym anymore! My energy levels during my workouts are so much better! I honestly almost left this gym to go to another one further away that didn’t require mask. The mask were lifted at the perfect time and it’s so great to finally see some normalcy coming back! The gym is crazy crowded but I will go back to early mornings.

Added a star for the staff they have been amazing!I used to love coming to this gym. They’ve cut their hours about a year ago and haven’t brought them back. I don’t want to go to the gym at 5am! I want to go at 9 or 10pm. You used to be open until 12am. Bring that back please! Additionally, It’s so overcrowded no matter what time of day you go, the equipment is being mistreated, beaten down, thrown around, and broken by teenagers and you do nothing about it. A whole deadlift squat platform has been broken for about 2 months now. It’s noisy and people just chat and socialize rather than work out now. I have to wait about an hour any time I want to use anything because this gym isn’t big enough for all the people that attend. Between this and the hours being cut, I’m incredibly sad and not feeling the vasa love as much.

The staff are nice the facility is in good shape the main issue I have is with their billing company Paramount Acceptance I cancelled the services after 15 days and they attempted to take payments from me for over $49. I do not thing this is a reasonable amount for 15 days and this was not the agreed amount. Once again the facility is good and the staff are nice. I prefer the 24 Hour fitness just less than .5 miles away.

VASA as a company: Great and helpful support team, never had such an easy time with gym memberships.VASA location: Clean, well set up (love the turf and weight lifting space), and overall great gym. As with pretty much any gym, machines gets filled up during rush hour so just be aware and prepared to adjust your routine.Sales people were great as well, not pushy and respectful. Had a few 3/5 experiences with the front desk but otherwise 5/5 gym!

Very clean and welcoming! The staff is great, the prices are affordable, and I have never seen anyone leave their equipment without first wiping it down with a Clorox wipe (there are stations with wipes provided at almost every corner). They also offer great classes, a very clean pool, a decent sized locker room, and great childcare. They have someone on call at all times for the childcare which is always reassuring. They follow standard daycare laws as far as the age of the child and the number of adults in the room. It is so comforting knowing that the adult to child ration is always being met. Let's just say that I am glad to be part of such a great gym!

Honestly, this gym has great ideas. Their equipment is great. I haven't used their trainers so I can't say. I went for my first visit and was honesty appaled of how dirty this gym is. I was using the stair master and was seriously distracted on how much dried sweat was on these machines!! Absolutely gross! The more I looked the more dirt I saw on everything! I mentioned it to the front desk.they said they would let their manager now. I can believe that I am the only one that has an issue with this. You guys are the newest "coolest" gym around. Why are you not cleaning it! Please don't ruin it with a filthy location .

Love this gym! I've been a member for a little over 2 months and go about 2-3 days a week. Equipment is in good condition, and the facilities, equipment and locker/bathrooms have always been clean whenever I've used them.I mostly do the group classes, and its been a great experience so far. It also has a pool that's usually pretty empty, sauna, jacuzzi, massage, tanning beds, Cinema Theater, Basketball and Racquetball as well.For the price ($20 a month to access the whole gym and multiple locations, plus a $50 annual fee) for all the amenities and offerings it has, this place really can't be beat. It's half the price of my local 24 hour fitness, w/ the same annual fee cost (that also locks whatever rate you joined at).The only criticism I really have is, as others have commented, this gym does get packed on peak hours. It can be hard to find a parking spot at times, and I usually allow an extra 5-10 min during weekdays 6-8pm to park if I have a class. You may have to wait for popular equipment on peak hours, although I haven't had to wrestle w/ the latter problem myself as I'm usually doing classes at those times.Overall, very satisfied with this location and its been great!

I had been a Lifetime Fitness member since they had opened down the street several years ago. And while Vasa doesn’t offer all the perks Lifetime does, I am pleasantly surprised how great this club is...especially for the value. All the equipment is new, clean, and staff is great. Even the changing rooms/bathroom is cleaned regularly.Glad to be here. Hope they keep it up as time goes on & not let it get run-down like so many gyms around town.

The gym floor and locker room are generally really clean. The staff is friendly, and helpful. The facilities are really nice for a $10-20 per month gym. The fitness classes I have tried have been of high quality. The steam room and sauna are always clean too, which is a definite surprise for a facility of this size and cost. Overall, I would say I am getting great quality for what I pay.
