Just joined, but was a previous member at another VASA a few years ago. VASA is a quality gym for the price, and this location has more equipment than other locations I've seen. Plenty of cardio, free weights, etc., with every machine you could imagine. Plus, there is a turf area and a whole Olympic lifting area with a ton of squat / deadlift racks. VASA also has the hydro massagers, tanning, redlight, etc. Finally, the staff is *super* friendly and personable. Given that it's a commercial gym, it can get crowded, but it's manageable, and there are a number of gym bros. Despite those few inconveniences (which are common at most gyms), I definitely recommend this location!

I have had the absolute worst experience with this business. I was sent promotions to lure me in to sign up. Unbeknownst to me the first one expired. However, to gain my business the staff on the Club told me it would be honored. It was NOT. And then ONE day later, VASA sent me the exact SAME promotion. And this woman named Anna at their corporate office has been giving me hell on wheels throughout the entire situation. I could see if the there was a longer period of time that passed in-between the promotions offered. Both times the promotion was offered to me in the SAME MONTH— JANUARY. And now this women wants to tell me I missed it by ONE day?! That is not reasonable. It is also horrible customer service. I did not authorize the payment or sign up for any membership OTHER THAN THE ONE WITH THE PROMOTION THEY OFFERED. At this point, they are being manipulative and they are stealing. It’s not even that nice of a gym. I was only joining because of a friend.

I joined recently through my Medicare plan and the club is very nice. The facility is clean and well lit with no funky smells. I took a Silver Sneakers class and a Zumba Gold class and they had just the right balance between challenge and fun. The staff has been very welcoming.

I want to really thank the GM Joshua and the Kids Club Manager Grace for making our experience amazing. There was a mistake on our kids club reservation but they went out of their way to make it possible for me to get a workout in.Grace is really great with the kids, so kind and conscientious. The kids club and the whole gym are super clean. I saw Joshua walking around, greeting guests and cleaning the whole time. The atmosphere and equipment are great. I really enjoyed this gym and I may make it my home gym, even though it’s a bit farther away from the other locations.Thank you again Grace and Joshua for making it happen and for all the work you do!

There are three aerodyne bikes in this gym and none of the displays work on any of them.I told the front desk staff about this a week ago. It’s a simple battery replacement issue because I used the exact same aerodyne bike at 24 hour fitness and I’m familiar with how it works. But I came in today week and it’s still the same problem. None of the displays are working. Battery replacement is not a difficult fix.I use aerodyne bikes for a special HIIT cardio workout that cannot be replicated on other machines. If this isn’t fixed by the next time I come to VASA than I plan to go back to 24 hour fitness and cancel my VASA membership.Anyway I am not blaming the front desk staff for anything. They were helpful and friendly when I had questions. But the equipment maintenance person really dropped the ball here. Seriously not having just one but ALL THREE aerodyne bikes not functioning is just unacceptable. It’s hard to believe I am the only person who noticed this too.

The reason I’m giving this Vasa 2 stars is because of how it compares to a different Vasa I usually go to. I don’t usually complain about how dirty a gym is but when I went here there was 23 paper towels on the ground. I get that some people can’t throw their trash away. However, when I went into the restroom their was a toilet paper roll that was wet sitting on the sink, then I went into the stalls and all of the stalls had dirty toilet paper all over the ground. So then I went to the family bathroom and it was the same situation. It just felt like no one was doing basic club walks and making sure trash was picked up. The fact that it was so built up shows that there was little cleaning going on. With all of this said, the Vasa in Littleton is really clean, they do a great job of making sure there’s always club walks and that the facility is clean. They stay pretty busy throughout the day but it’s a lot better than this location.

VASA is a good fitness gym. They have all type of equipment to do various workouts. Plus Gym, Pool, Spa etc. Me personally I’ve never had a bad experience coming to VASA. At this location or the other location I was going to back then. I recommend VASA to anyone.

I just recently started going here and it is not the greatest experience. The staff is awesome and they have all the machines and equipment one could use, but it seems like little things can’t be done, the toilet paper in the men’s room has not been loaded in the holder, they just put a roll in there. The machines are not the cleanest and besides the clients wiping them down it seems they have not cleaned them in a while. Sometimes the cleaning wipes are just sitting on top of the canisters but not loaded correctly, I know we are going through a lot of them but a couple seconds to load correctly shouldn’t be a problem.

Great gym with great equipment! Only wish the stalls in the locker room could lock and that they had more wipes for equipment.The gym is also a bit small for how popular it is. It’s always busy, which is good for them!
