DO NOT USE KIDCARE!! Especially if you have babies under 1 year old. Attendants are paid minimum wage and aren’t trained to work with small children. You’re leaving your child in a glorified Chuck E. Cheese without adequate supervision or oversight. The Willow Creek location is especially egregious with incompetent management that simply wants to stuff bodies into their gym, and that includes childcare. Their motto is “we’re unlicensed, so we don’t have to follow regulations.” Human services has been called, Kidcare is a tragic accident waiting to happen.Reply To Vasa:You should have been able to find me in your system more than once, but knowing how less than truthful this company is, I imagine your response is another manipulation. Kind of like all of the fake positive reviews. Empty apologies and a redirect to non-responsive management doesn’t constitute oversight. I’ve spoken to the team lead, GM, DM, and HR. Thus far there’s been zero accountability and zero results. Until then, there’s nothing to be done save warning other parents along with Human Services.

Equipment and facility in general is great. Unfortunately there are a lot of people, and I mean A LOT. And of course when you’re dealing with a lot of people there are going to be some not so great ones. Tons of gym bros that only work out upper body and haven’t done a squat in their lives. They act like they own the place. And then you have some of the females who also think they’re all princesses. Definite lack of gym etiquette here. That being said, if you can get past that then it’s manageable. Make sure you don’t go 7am-12pm and not after 4pm lol

I’ve been a member since February 2021 and I’ve had a really good experience. For as crowded as it can be, they keep it well maintained and clean. I love the classes (Rebel Strength, Body Pump, Yoga, Pilates, Combat) and many of the instructors. They offer some specials for different bonuses now and again and the staff are all really friendly. The 4 is just for the bustle. It’s really a busy place, so parking or getting the machine you’d like requires patience.

The REASSON I DRIVE OUT OF MY WAY TO THIS VASA FITNESS IS BECAUSE ITS THE LAST ONE THAT HAS RACQUET BALL IN COLORADO sadly they are moving away from it but if your like me with a dad who grew up playing racquet ball I suggest you go to this vasa in Colorado definitely a nice clean well kept location definitely coming back!!!

Came in February to cancel my membership as I had moved. Their systems were down at the time but was told they’d take care of it. Just found out I had been charged since then as well as the $50 annual fee they charge. I was told by customer service that since there’s no note they can’t do anything about previous charges but they can waive the cancellation notice, how kind.

Really nice facility, lots of options, kind of cramped tho, but I go at non-peak hours so it works out alright

It kind of stinks their equipment is always broken. They don't let you into the cycling room if there is not a class going on, yet all the spin bikes outside the cycle room are either inoperable, the cycling computer is broken, or they have other issues.I would like to be able to use the equipment I pay for when I go to gym.

It's a great gym don't get me wrong. It has everything, but it's starting to become over Price and over crowded. I have to try to go to 3 different locations to see if I can work out. People are rude and employees don't care they spend most of thier time flirting with each then taking care of the gym and helping people.

Studio red is absolutely amazing. The people at the front desk are friendly. The gym is clean. It smells clean. The bathrooms are clean with fully stocked toilet paper.The members are so friendly and welcoming into the classes.

All the staff are very friendly and upbeat! Lisa helped me check in my first class and also got me a spot in studio red with Aminta. Super fun! Took body pump with Katy my second time, awesome workout! Hydro chairs are awesom too. Looking forward to tanning next.
