This location is pretty crowded like all other VASAs and they don't have as much equipment as others. The staff is fairly friendly but more or less don't seem to care all that much about the customers. When I first joined, nobody showed me around or explained what VASA offers, they just sent me off with a 'have a nice workout.' Overall not a terrible gym but their payment system really put me off.I ended up having to cancel my VASA subscription due to their payment processing service. They would be able to complete one transaction then somehow mess things up to where I would have to give them the same info over and over and get spammed with calls about my payment not going through. I ended up just paying at the front desk and blocking the payment company's number but they started to charge me double when the payment didn't go through. Very irritating,

I haven’t worked out in over 10 years, convinced I wouldn’t like the gym experience. I also suffer from muscular and neuropathy related disorders and find it difficult to work out without a regular form of relaxation available immediately before and after. This gym has completely changed my mind and now I’m hooked. When I finish a workout, I immediately can’t wait to come back. I have high anxiety and have no issues here. Mornings and late evenings aren’t bad at all, it’s mainly busy right around the time people get off work. The massage beds are rarely fully taken and the staff is wonderful. Conveniently located near multiple restaurants and drive thrus. Huge showers if you feel uncomfortable changing in the locker room. Great gym! Also has everything without the gym being so large that it’s overwhelming.

I started going to this gym because of my friends and the people who went and because it had a nice community. Since the newer employees have been hired the place is dirtier and feels less welcoming overall. I think the old staff was way better and for the past 3 months I’ve been looking at going elsewhere but the only reason I didn’t give one star was due to the machines there being pretty solid with a nice cardio floor. Overall I’m becoming more and more dissatisfied with my experiences

Vasa when I started was nice, clean and well maintained but now the facility seems to be poorly maintained with tape all over the floors to try to mitigate the constant tripping hazard of peeling floor tiles, equipment that is forever broken and now the pads for working out on the turf seem to be missing. Another problem is current desk staff. They are unhelpful and do not keep up with cleaning during the day like they used to several years ago.Like several other long time members I will be moving on soon as find a replacement gym which is a shame because I really like my trainer Abby.

Extremely upset with this gym. I signed up with a 3month trainer program and was not told by the female that signed me up that it auto renewed after 3months. My trainer told me shortly after the 3months and I was set to cancel it being a travel for work and Vasa is not in most states i travel to. I still had 6+ training sessions my owed to me for being out of the area for sports network gigs i travel to do for June and July. My trainer said he would help me make them up which was great but I have been traveling a lot lately for work.I asked the customer care rep if i could cancel the training sessions for now until i can figure out my traveling schedule. She said i would have to pay this current month of July at $240 that I didnt use because I was not in town. I would still have to pay for the next month i wont be in town at $285 plus a cancel fee of the training sessions. I canceled the membership and ate the $cash. I can't do business with companies like this.By the way my trainer Blake deserves a 5star review being he was amazing to work with but his organization chose Money over basic ethics.

If you like spending your money to access broken equipment, this gym might be for you. Why a gym of this size only has 6 stair climbers, when other VASA locations all have 10+, is beyond me. Combined with the fact that 4 of the 6 machines are broken (and according to the front desk have been broken for months), leaves one to wonder what they’re actually paying for with a membership to this place.

I enjoyed my time for the most part at this gym. The only issues I ran into were cancellation issues and the gym was insanely crowded before and during the pandemic. There’s just too many people at this gym most days. When trying to cancel my membership it took back and forth emails for 3 days, and a $25 cancellation fee. If you can’t find a different gym, this one will do the job. I would recommend looking elsewhere if possible.

Lots of equipment here. It’s kept pretty clean for the most part. Not as much space as my previous Vasa location, but working out here is fine if you can catch an open spot between all the other people and constantly keep an eye out for your next set. Also make sure to come at a time where you won’t run into young kids/young adults. They treat the sauna like it’s a waiting room. Literally hanging out in there with their school clothes and backpacks on like it’s the only spot in the whole gym where they can sit and be openly obnoxious. I’ve noticed some employees are sarcastic or are choosey with who they greet up front while others have good customer service and are actually professional! Sucks. Not all gyms are like this, but it seems like it must be the norm for this one.

We joined Vasa and initially thought it was a good value for what you are getting, and admittedly, it is. However, the gym is dirty. The first time we used the pool it was dirty with crumbs in it. The second time we used the pool it had unknown mucus like discharge floating in it and the same crumbs were there. A week later, the same dirt and crumbs were on the stairs of the pool. The changing room for the women’s locker room has stains in the floor that continue to stay there week after week. The showers are really gross 🤢 Our favorite part of Vasa was the cinema , but a ton of the treadmills do not work along with some of the other equipment. Also the cinema screen was not displaying the movie and instead was stuck on an error. The entire two months we have been part of this gym we’ve been greeted by one tall blonde woman with long hair, and a younger gentleman with brown curly hair. The rest of the time we’ve been unrecognized. We visited Vasa Littleton and there is a vast difference. It is cleaner, with a cleaner pool and nicer staff, but this experience left such a bad taste in our mouths that we went to Chuze Fitness , and the difference is HUGE. Very clean. The first night I swam there, the employees were actively cleaning and checking the chemical levels in the pool. The showers are pretty decent and clean. The staff is really nice.I’m sure other Vasa locations are great, but this one in Centennial is just not worth the cost due to the lack of quality, cleanliness and kindness.

Not a bad gym overall, very friendly staff and well cleaned. However, many of the cardio machines are broken and are rarely repaired. I’ve been going to this gym for about 3-4 months and the same machines have been “under maintenance” the entire time. It’s a bit frustrating because people are always waiting to use the few working machines. The wait times are especially long and inconvenient during the busy hours before and after work.
