Coaches are super friendly and want to really help you achive your goals! Great place to workout since you have so much variety in equipment, recovery tools and classes.

I honestly really like this gym! I’ve used VASA in the past and I think the one thing that remains the same is just the lack of sociability coming from the front desk, but that’s neither here nor there. I really love coming here either ways

Not sure what all the 1 star reviews are about... people with poor grammar who can't type whining about the gym not being clean during renovations or because of billing policies they clearly didn't read. This gym is perfectly fine as long as you can read your agreement and don't expect floors you can eat off of.Further, to the people who complain that Vasa can't enforce certain rules - duh, you can't say anything to anyone these days without getting sued or risk of losing your job. If you have a problem with someone's behavior then YOU say something because you have more rights than the employees who don't make a ton of money and likely NEED their job. Y'all complainers need to get a grip and stop whining.

Do not give your bank information to this gym. I canceled 3 times and each time they continued to charge me and even put me into collections. Terrible business practices. Would rather pay $130 for lifetime than share my information with this gym.

It is a very nice gym with great instructors… I’m just very disappointed that they only have 2 aqua classes each week. I’m really hoping they plan to add a few more to the schedule soon.

I’m very happy about the renovations that finally happened. It looks clean and neat. However, the placement of equipment needs to be fixed. The dumbbells were not put back in the order from lite to heavy. The cable machines leave no room between customers to walk by. This has caused a few tiffs lately that I’ve noticed. The leg machines need to be placed better. There’s so much space over there to get them organized. It’s a safety issue to see the bench press equipment, so closely together. I’ve seen some close calls between customers and putting on more weights.I would start off finding new placement where the leg press machines are. The smith machines could go to the left if you looking at the mirrors. The dumbbells need to be in order again. The benches need some more room for safety. The aisle from the entrance to the men’s locker room doesn’t exist anymore. It’s awkward to get by other people. I guess you would say there’s no feng shui.

Filthy. Broken. Unethical. I was a member of vasa for over a year, and finally canceled my membership because of filthy conditions and lifting platforms that were constantly broken. There was often blood left on the bars, blood on the platforms, clogged toilets, toilet paper all over the bathroom, and the mirrors were always coated in sweat. The platforms were always broken, with the black rubber part being separated from the rest of the platform, creating a deficit situation while lifting. Not safe. When I canceled, they continued to charge me, so I called again, same thing, which is obviously their strategy to retain members, to make it nearly impossible to cancel. I ended up canceling my credit card, and they sent the account to collections. I did not receive a single call from Vasa warning this was happening. Needless to say, I will never be a member again, and am upset I spent any amount of money with such an unethical company.

The staff and classes are great but I went from paying $25 for two kids in kid care to $50 after COVID. The kid care hours are super inconvenient and they aren’t open full time. It’s honestly a waste of money for kid care to be this expensive when the store can’t offer the bare minimum.

Love this gym. Absolutely HATE that the treadmill doesn't have interval training.Can't run on them because I'm afraid I'll fall from trying to hold the speed button back down. Everything else is great.
