Great Atmosphere, Staff, and Vibe!Ive always been rather self-consious about working out but crunch has seriously "crunched" it. I love coming in to workout and working with my Trainer!The Personal Training Staff are all really friendly and helpful, working with Erik Archer has helped me tremendously with improving myself in mind, body, and health.Love Crunch and will keep coming for a long while!

Highly Recommend Crunch Fitness! They have all the equipment you need to compete ANY workout routine! I love that I do not have to limit or scale my workouts due to not having the proper weights/barbells. And….the music is always on point too!

Bunch of money grabbing scammers. Don't go here. They hide fine print in contracts to screw you when you leave.

I’m a member of the Champaign crunch. I go in in the mornings, there’s a young lady named Cheyenne that works there that does a phenomenal job. I think you guys are very lucky to have a young lady like that working for you!

Overcharged 2 months in a row, "bumped to full package" even though I didn't, said they'd make it right, never did..

Worst management ever, I haven’t seen the “manager” since the day I signed up. I told them if it helped them look better as a gym I’ll buy the premium membership for 2 months and then switch to basic. It’s been 6-7 months now, I haven’t seen the manager since (I’m assuming because I workout at 8-9pm) and EVERY employee tells me only a manager can switch my membership over. For the last 3 months every employee has told me only a manager can switch my membership over and over again and now I’ve had a death in the family, I’m out of state, all I want to do if put my account on pause, no one would help me because I have to be “at the gym” to make those changes and I’m 5 states away. Cherry on top is that I know all of this is a lie because I have a cousin who manages a Crunch in Ohio and a buddy who works at the Bloomington, IL location and they tell me that’s not their company policy AT ALL. Now I’m paying some collections just to have a certified letter sent to pause my membership, not sure why that option wasn’t told to me by Champaign Crunch…

Recently signed up here. I tried joining via online. It was chaotic and had problems. I had to sign up again in person.They have a parking lot and plenty of spaces.They always have staff here, although there was a time they didn't have anyone in front when I left around after 6 pm, which is alarming because anyone can just come in. I hope they have security, though.I love their sauna and classes. Tatiana is the best instructor ever. She's so bubbly and friendly.Equipments are a little outdated. Some treadmills, stair master, and elliptical rattles. But they have plenty, so you can just pick a different one.Cleanliness is questionable. I don't see anyone cleaning equipment. If you are not doing precautions, you can get sick. Sometimes, the bathroom floor in the ladies' bathroom is dirty, and trash is full, etc. They do have a staff that cleans.The shower and locker area is designed poorly. Anyone can go inside and easily see you naked. The shower area has one accessible and three showers. Two of those showers have been under repair for weeks. There is no place to put your bag near you. The area is very open and definitely no privacy. The shower door is opaque, but you can definitely see skin but with no details.I hope for security purpose they do something for the ladies' area.Overall, the price is great for unlimited classes and sauna and other perks. They can get busy on certain days and time. But staff are very knowledgeable, fit, and friendly. It's hard to call and contact them, though.
