Needs to be renovated floor is busted up by free weights, a lot of the cable equipment is getting broke down

I told management multiple times about someone who is stalking and harassing me but they didn’t take it serious and said they won’t do anything about it, so now I’m forced to cancel the membership due to not feeling comfortable there anymore. I even told the manager the first time about the issues I’m having and he said he would ban the person if it continues but now he says he won’t do anything about it.

Equipment is broken and takes a long time to fix, locker room is always gross. They also will continue to charge you for a membership months after you cancel, and can’t be reached by phone to call and see what’s going on.

Multiple cable and belt machines have been broken for months. Not a single one has been repaired since I started here in March. Other than that, a very big, clean gym.

I've been looking for a gym & this was the best option for me & my family. I got the $30 membership & I get to take a guest. Other benefits are a hydro massage & tanning beds. They also have personal trainers. Day care for kids too.

I absolutely love this gym as soon as you walk in the door there's nothing but good vibes which is the type of atmosphere that'll motivate you to work hard. The only negative is that the music isn't loud enough, but the added hammer strength machines was a surprising bonus!! Pretty decent gym, I'm always able to get a good workout in and I'm easily able to find times where it's not too busy. I just have two big issues keeping me from rating this higher.First, cable machines always seem to be down. The standing calf raise machine has been in maintenance since I restarted my membership in April. Second, something needs to be done with the dumbbell setup. There are more dumbbells than actual spots for those dumbbells to be put away, leading to dumbbells being left out and everything on the shelf being shuffled and disorganized. Other than that, this place is pretty good.

I Wish they 800 number worked so I can use their costumer service, with my problem, already called the gym a few times got someone on the other line I was told someone was gonna reach out and they never did, so to me is just the bad costumer service and not caring for their members

Very poor customer service. Called more than 10 times. They don't pick up the phone and when they pick up, they don't even speak and will wait for you to drop the phone call. Very disappointing. For reference to their manager, I called 10 times around 5:30 - 5:40pm Monday, March 6, 2023.

A friend if mine wrote a negative review because he has been trying to get refunded for being charged for months after he cancelled his membership.He has talked to a A member of management I will not say her name more than once was supposed to handle it. Now every time he calls she’s in a meeting and doesn’t return his calls. This has been going on for approximately 2 months. After he posted the review it was removed the next day. This is extremely poor customer service and fraud!
