So sad . I really like this place but it Hs much to be desired. They take in thousands a month and the place is ran like a trap house. Literally every other machine is either broken or missing an important part . The urinal has been broken for over 3 weeks now. C'mon get your s$%t t together. It's a complete dumpster FIRE. ..

Crunch is my home away from home. Not only is there so much eye candy from those big hulking men but there is a plethora of equipment as well as friendly staff. Community is great and there is a lot of space as long as u avoid peak hours

Tianna and Jacquelyn are always encouraging!Additionally, the classes they offer are 🔥🔥🔥! The HIIT zone is awesome, B30 is intense, Absolution, Boxing, TRX... they are all killing the whole weight of a pre adolescent that I need to lose (100 lbs).Although I rarely use the equipment, these classes are the best I've ever taken!

This gym has a lot to offer for a cheap price. That being said though...it's definitely just a $10/ month gym. Equipment seems to take forever to get fixed. And worse yet, there's a fitness class that takes up a 3rd of the gym for 45 minutes at a time. Thats 45 minutes that the HIIT zone and its equipment is closed to everyone but the small class. It's frustrating for members who want to do conditioning work.Update: the morning fitness class has become cancerous...the instructors act like this is club med and use a loud speaker that is set to defcon 7 just so they can be heard in a 10 foot radius...I've never seen a gym that prioritizes the staff over the customer before but is a terrible management strategy.

This is the dirtiest gym in Champaign. Visible grime on most surfaces, rugs that look like someone cut hair on them because they haven't been cleaned in so long. The restrooms frequently have urine on the floor built up from lack of mopping. I brought these things, and the fact that people are talking about the dirty facilities to the assistant manager's attention, and was basically shrugged off. Then he decided to look up the phone number I called from in their membership records so that the gym's instagram account could creep my posts and stories to see if i was talking about them. I noticed that and called them back to tell them i was not happy about them misusing my personal info. Again i was shrugged off and the assistant manager proceeded to use his personal instagram account to spy on me as well. Extremely unprofessional and technically illegal.

I used this for a month (probably 5-6 times) and then canceled my membership BUT they charged me $70! Two months plus annual membership fee. How cool is that! Not cool people don’t go there specially for short term!

Scammed me out of over $70 when I only went to the gym one time. I tried cancelling multiple times, but I was unable to. I moved out of state, and so had to email, but didn’t receive any replies. Why are they making it so difficult to cancel?

First, they are not professional at all. Second, it’s not clean. Third, I had the worst experience ever canceling the membership. They never get it at once and it’s so annoying to realize you are still paying the fee even after you canceled it (which actually required the official cancellation letter) several months ago.

There's a lot of hype about crunch fitness but I I don't see why. Several of the machines need servicing and considering how many people are employed on a single shift I would expect a cleaner facility. I'll stick with planet fitness

I’ve gone to crunch for about a year new and have been super happy with it. Definitely my favorite gym I’ve belonged too. There’s a great variety of weights/machines and it’s all new and clean.
