I came into EOS Fitness to check out their facility in case I'm interested in enrolling in the future. I was expecting a laid-back tour for a few minutes, and then I'd be out, as I wanted to understand the facility more. I initially considered this gym as an alternative choice if there became a point where I was to switch gyms. That was it, and I specifically told the staff that I was just there to look at the gym to get a feel for it and said nothing about enrolling on the spot.So some gym representative that didn't even look dressed for the occasion led me to the tour. But first, he sat me down and asked a couple of personal questions regarding how much I worked out. I didn't expect this, but I was cool with it. We later walked around the gym, and I told him I liked what I saw. We went back to the desk, and this is where things went from weird to humiliating. That representative was desperately trying to get me enrolled on the spot. Even though I said I just wanted to take a tour.Every single time I told him I didn't want to enroll at the moment, he kept replying, "but you said you liked it." I kept telling him repeatedly that this gym was too far away from my house, as I use my bike for transportation, and I was sticking to my current gym membership, considering it was almost across the street where I live. He then tried to embarrass me by saying it was only two blocks away, even though I felt it was far away for me.To make things worse, he asked me which gym I go to, and I replied, "Planet Fitness." He then smirked and said, "come on," basically trying to make me look stupid into enrolling. The fact that I came to this facility just to get humiliated by some complete unprofessional became the final straw that broke the camel's back. I came in for a tour, not to get embarrassed because I go to Planet Fitness.I was in a good mood when I went inside this facility, only to get very angry when I walked out. I once considered this specific EOS Fitness facility a potential alternative, but with the way I got treated, I no longer wish to enroll. If anyone from EOS Fitness reads this, learn how to actually communicate with people without wanting to grab their money on the spot. And while you're at, try not to make them look stupid if they go to a different gym.Disgraceful!

Great for just getting in and getting your workout done. But I will say this gym CONSISTENTLY smells terrible and cleanliness is really mediocre. Their parking lot is FULL of trash on the daily. Also We showed up today with the kids and had to leave because they didn’t have anyone for kids club, a service we pay for. This is beyond irritating and the front desk guy, who I think is a manager wasn’t apologetic and just pretty rude overall.**updating this because the actual manager of this location contacted me and was so super sweet to try and correct the issue. Appreciate you!

Honestly, I’ve had no problems with the gym last whole year even if their equipments or pool didn’t work when I needed them to. Payments on time given I stopped going for a couple of months.Today, I called and talked to many different people regarding membership cancellation but they insisted…INSISTED to charge extra annual fee due to their “policy” prior to my cancellation just so that they could scam me a little more. No one was willing to help and left me speechless, yet still have to pay another $70 on something I will not use again. What great customer service and policy of a well made corporate company we got here. Make sure to understand your contract details before they trick you into “free month” or “reduced annual fee” when you first sign up. You will regret it a year later.

I have canceled my membership 2 years ago and instead they put it on a hold.after the hold came up during covet they tried to charge me monthly even though they were shut down. I had to call corporate, they argued with me for a long time about why they would charge me during covid while they shut down. Then how to get a higher person in corporate to get my money back. Again multiple times I talked to corporate and told them I had moved to Chicago and I wanted to cancel.they confirmed that I canceled but they still are charging me. How unorganized is this company at this point in time we are going to the better business bureau and reporting them also reporting to bank for fraud be careful with this company.they will still charge you after cancellation even if you move 2,000 mi away from any location.

I tried to cancel my training sessions and I was told specifically by “ Liam “ that that would never be possible. So because I signed up with a trainer, I signed up for life long training and I would NEVER be able to cancel my membership? I honestly should have just listened to the reviews. I’m definitely going to be canceling my membership as well and that’s IF I’m aloud to do that since it looks like I signed a life long agreement with EOS. If you are reading this LISTEN to the reviews it’s not worth it. I’m completely disappointed with this as well as the person I spoke with.

I cancelled last November and paid for months I didn't use service. Spoke to a Dallas and confirmed my account was stopped. Few days later paid it off in person and was assured again it was stopped and taken care of. Got a call from collections that I owed! Spoke to a manager named Dan . He explained some 30 day cancellation policy that allows them to collect another month of dues. He admits the 2 people I spoke with and paid were wrong in not providing me that little detail. It's not about the $10.14. No one likes to be cheated or scammed and that's what this place is. IT'S A SCAM!

Great gym and very affordable. Childcare is really helpful and they have all the equipment and mats adequately spaced. The movie room and sauna are an added bonus!

We started a membership after talking to Niela Manager for $10 per month with buddy with $5 each month extra with $1 membership fees and trainer for $32 for group session. Than comes the surprise my credit card gets charged for 2 x $22 each month along with 2 $72 and &148 chargeWe tried since last 4 months to sort out by the club is pathetic to deal with 3 appointments and no response and unlimited phone calls. I am going to file a court case now on manager.

Clean and sanitation stations all over. Staff are courteous. Masks optional, I wore mine ... but most are unmasked here. Really cool movie theater set up with treadmills and ellipticals. Basketball court under construction at time of review. Pool. Kids care and saw the staff exercising the kids on mats, pretty cool.
