Dropping to one star. 6 weeks now you have had like 7 pieces of equipment broken. WHERE IS YOU MAINTENANCE. YOU HAVE 100000s of members paying an annual maintenance fee of 39-49 and are doing 0 to improve this club. The members have taken a backseat to the shareholders 100%. If these machines are not fixed in the next two weeks Im leaving this gym. No trainer and very rarely is the mgr at this location. Have you given into Crunch? Do you have any excuses for the lack of maintenace since mid JUNE????

1.Hydro beds are always broken2.Nobody is ever at the front desk to turn tanning beds on.3. They do NOT upkeep the tanning area.. the room smelled like pee.. paper towels on floor and the tanning bed was extremely dirty I cleaned 4 times and it still looked gross.. they need to clean them from inside out .. hairs on the otherside of the glass. Cracks in the tanning bed! And tape residue stuck to the top.. grossNext time I go I'll take a picture of the tanning rooms to show yall🤪

I live in the Charlotte Metro region and was in the University City area for an appointment. I knew there was a Planet Fitness in that location. I checked, and sure enough, it was about 5 minutes away.I worked out there for the first time and had a very positive experience.Like the Planet Fitness in Cornelius and the one on the Charlotte/Pineville border, there was tons if equipment; it was immaculate; polite & friendly staff; well air conditioned; and good parking.I am a new Planet Fitness member and am having a great experience!While I am rarely in the University City area, I would definitely work out at that Planet Fitness when I am.One of the reasons I chose the Black Card membership is so I can go to any of the locations nationally, and in less than a month I have gone to 3.I can't wait until I take a day trip and/or go on vacation to see if there are Planet Fitness locations in other cities in NC and in other states! 😁
