This facility is very unsanitized. They do not even clean the tanning bed areas and I’ve had this experience on multiple occasions. I thought it was just one time but no that’s the consistency. They do not clean stay away from this gym.

Not as nice as other PF locations. And they need to do a better job cleaning restrooms and showers.

Nice training area and plenty of equipment. But one of the dirtiest locker rooms and showers I’ve visited.

I love going to the University location. The staff is awesome & courteous. I enjoy going later in the day to have more access to the machines I use. I haven't encountered any issues since being a member which is a plus to my safety as a woman. & I can't leave without getting my time with a massage bed. Definitely worth the Black Card.

Toya the assistant manager was amazing and made us feel very welcome! The bathrooms and showers were very clean and the gym had all the amenities we needed.

Their “judgment free zone” is the most hypocritical and ironic slogan. I was always told that they don’t allow bodybuilders or anyone who’s overweight here which is already a bad sign. Every time I worked out here, the “lunk” alarm goes off for no reason frequently. (Sometimes even getting picked on by members because the alarm went off; and I guess — because of my size and how I look, they assume I pulled the alarm? * shrugs* ) and with me personally, instead of actually talking to me and learning about a situation where members bullied me, laughed at me and I tried approaching a staff member at the time in regards to the incident and the people who were there (and still inside the location at the time) and chose to IGNORE me and help somebody else and made me even more frustrated. I go back inside this location and the staff act as if I committed a crime and seemingly refuse to hear out my narrative of the surely misconstrued incident. Even managing to continue ignoring me and acting passive aggressively. They then say the GM is gonna reach out, but they don’t. The irony is I’m working out to get bigger to cope with the bullying and harassment in this city, including from the three members that bothered me. This specific location does a poor job at its slogan and completely mishandled my situation.EDIT: The other locations are probably much better but this college centric atmosphere is teeming with negativity and the same kind of judgements that I am advocating against!

Cancellation should be a week ahead of your membership end date. When I went to cancel my membership before two days they are saying they can’t stop the payment.

I love this location. The staff are very friendly and helpful whenever I ask for anything. I like that the ladies locker room and bathroom are always clean.
