The best workout classes in Charlotte! Halle and Justin are phenomenal coaches and make each class unique and personal. Classes are hard and you'll definitely sweat, but have some fun while doing it. They also put a lot of effort into building a community for their members, so its a fun and social atmosphere where you can get to know people easily. Highly recommend checking out SM!

Sweat method has changed my life. For YEARS I was in and out of trendy diets, going to a gym not feeling motivated enough to put the work in and justifying my long hours and little sports activities as enough of a toll to not work out. I hit a breaking point after covid hit. I was home, eating like crazy, no real physical activity, and in a terrible mental state. I started classes with them out doors and was hooked instantly. Not only was it a killer work out but I was instantly surrounded by people who pushed me and cheered me on, and didnt treat me like just any old person walking through some gym doors but as a person they wanted to help. The culture at this place is second to none. I've surrounded myself with some of the most amazing people and consider myself extremely lucky that Halle and Justin kept pushing me to give them a try. Its more than just a gym its a community that has made me stronger physically but mentally as well. Forever grateful for this place!

Come for the workout and stay for the people!! Great workouts that kick your butt in a timely 30 minute fashion. They have followed all Covid guidelines and I have never felt unsafe. The trainers are amazing and the community is so welcoming!

Best workout in CLT! Owners/instructors are super friendly and encouraging. In just 30 mins you will leave class 2x sweatier than any other studio in the city.

I started going to these classes 2-3 times per week about 2 months ago and I’m literally already so much stronger. I’ve always been so un-athletic and have a hard time working out, but the 30 minute classes make it so much more doable for me! And everyone is nice 😊 …

IM OBSESSED WITH THEM! I came from a local 9 Round and left on a bad note because it was hard to get out of my contract. Love that Sweat Method’s memberships are only 2 months at a time, so you can stop whenever something comes up!The people here... let me tell you, you don’t get a better community than this! Supportive, friendly, and willing to push you to be your best. I’m so happy to be a part of this gym & community :)
