Sweat Method is more than a gym - it is truly a community. Halle, Justin, and Stephannie lead the team and are always so welcoming and ready to check-in with you when you arrive. Right now during COVID, they are offering classes outside all day and allowing us to move while staying safe (sanitizing equiptment between classes, providing hand sanitizer and wipes, keeping the mats 6 ft apart). It’s been great a great outlet to have group classes again during these times! Can’t wait for my next FiiT class again!

Amazing!! I have been going since they opened. They have continued to improve their studio since opening, which is amazing for such a new business.Since COVID hit Charlotte, they were so generous to offer free instragram live classes (usually multiple times a day) after closing their doors. Since they are not able to reopen, they got creative and starting offering outdoor classes in their parking lot. What a great way to keep us fit and safe!!I love sweat method!!

Taking class at Sweat Method is such a good time! Especially during these few months where I have been missing my group fitness routine, they have adjusted so well to the current environment to make sure I feel safe while also giving me an amazing SWEAT!

SUCH A GREAT PLACE. I def. think think it is the nicest studio i've been to so far in Charlotte. Lindsay was amazing, such a good instructor -she also looks like Blake Lively LOL. Highly recommend this yoga studio!

I was in Charlotte for a month for work up from Charleston. Was looking for a hot flow studio. I found Sweat Method in Class Pass and decided to drop in. I popped in to Lindsay’s Thursday night class and immediately knew I found the right place for me! The flow was hot and a good pace but most importantly you could tell Lindsay led her practice with her heart. This is especially important for newcomers because her practice projects a calmness in the movements that helps build confidence on the mat. This is my new home away from home. 12/10 Dope Yogis recommend Sweat Method.....

This place is where it’s at for an amazing workout! Halle and Justin are experts at what they do and put 100% + an extra shot of passion into every class they teach. They truly care about their clients and their fitness journeys/goals and make it a priority to see them succeed. I tried my first class here last night, Sweat Fusion. It was the perfect level of intensity for those that are looking for something challenging. I tend to stay away from classes that are so hard that, you feel like you can't keep up or are being yelled at. I felt challenged but also supported to take breaks as-needed. Ashley was such a great instructor too. This is a great studio, super cute too! Love what they are doing; can't wait to come back!
