Sweat Method is an amazing studio that has a unique style of classes in both LIIT and HIIT. These 30 minute classes challenge you whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete. But even better than that, are the owners, coaches and classmates that keep you going and encourage you! Best community; it is like a second home and family!

Have you ever walked into a workout class, immediately felt like the coach was your new best friend and left feeling empowered? If not, you haven’t been to Sweat Method. Quite frankly the best 30 minutes of your day. Halle, Justin and the whole SM team provide a judgement-free workout that’s bound to have you hooked.

Sweat Method has totally changed group fitness for me! The trainers know you by name and truly make you feel so welcome and seen. Not only do they motivate you in class, but there’s also the other members who bring this energy to the workouts and it just encourages you to give your all. These 30 minute workouts are perfect for my schedule and I leave class feeling totally gassed but so strong. Justin and Halle have built such a great community and hire the best trainers (shout out to Kim Simpson!) and it’s something you absolutely need to experience if you haven’t taken a class yet.

Sweat Method is one of the best workouts in Charlotte. The trainers are knowledgeable and they care about every single person who walks in the doors. They encourage you when you need and push you when you need it. The workouts are carefully programmed with the participant in mind. It’s efficient, effective and fun. Absolutely love this place and the people!!!!

I’ve been attending Sweat Method classes for a little over a year now, and I can’t say enough about the trainers and the workouts. In just 30 minutes you’ll have your heart rate up, a good sweat on and be pushing yourself like you never have before. The trainers are great at providing individualized attention and keeping the vibe positive and high energy. This gym is definitely worth a try!

I could never explain how much Sweat Method and everybody here has meant to me. At Sweat Method you are more than a number and truly part of their family. I quickly became addicted to these classes! They somehow always change it up and keep it fresh and challenging. They also have the best music around! I have never felt stronger and I have never looked forward to working out more! Sweat method is home 🖤 The work outs are great, music are better and people are the best. Have been going here for a year now and it just keeps getting better. It can be tailored to any level of fitness. Halle, Justin and trainers are so motivating and educated. They truly care about every detail they put into their gym including their members. I LOVE this studio. I have been using them for about 4/5 months and they are just the best. Everyone knows me by name, I always look forward to convos with my front desk crew who know and care about things in my life!Shout out to the BEST yoga instructors Rian, Lindsey, Katie B and Troy and the BEST fusion instructions Ashley P, Katie and Cayla!

Shorter classes (50 mins) same price ($20). The space is nice but I am looking for great yoga and, well, I am going to go to a place where I get a full 60 mins. That may not be what your are looking for just know you are paying the same for a shorter class (than the standard in Charlotte).
