I’ve been a sweatmethod lover since may of last year. When they opened up to workout outside and following all CDC guidelines - I haven’t left. I feel like I’ve been surrounded with so much more than a workout. We get tips, lessons and the best coaches ever and gained lots of workout buddy’s who constantly push me/ They often remind me to push myself but to love my self even more, regardless if I crushed it or I just showed up.Some people might think a 30 minute workout is not enough... think again, and give them a try. I love sweatmethod.

Sweat Method is by far the best gym in the CLT area. Halle and Justin are SO personable, knowledgeable and motivating. They know exactly how to push you past your limits and make you feel like you have become a better version of yourself each time you walk out of their doors. Even throughout the pandemic, they continued to accommodate their customers’ comfort levels and do everything they could to still give us a safe place to sweat. They are always switching up the workouts and the HIIT and LIIT classes are the perfect balance. And of course, the music is always on point!!! Definitely a must try if you live in or are visiting the CLT area!

The workout class format can’t be beat! I have been to over 100 classes and no 2 have been even remotely the same! The culture set forth by the trainers is so supportive and they cater to you and whatever your fitness level and goals are. Such an energizing place filled with the best people!

I’ve been going to Sweat Method since July of 2020 and it’s become a staple in my workout routine! The workouts are unique and challenging each time I go! What I love the most besides the awesome instructors is the fact that I can get a high impact workout in 30 mins that works with my busy work schedule! Kudos to the Sweat Method team and I look forward to more high impact workouts!

I walked into sweat method in the worst shape of my life. As a teacher I spend all day motivating and somewhere along the way I forgot to motivate myself! If you can relate, Sweat Method is the fitness studio for you! The instructors are knowledgeable and it is so obvious that they care for the people who take their classes. They go above and beyond to welcome you into the studio and motivate you during the workout. The music is always pumping and I leave feeling better than I did when I walked in.

I went to Sweat Method this weekend! It was over the top amazing! The music was so hype and the instructors were so motivating. The class is challenging yet it flies by because of quick rotations of exercises. If you have not given them a try your missing out. Hailey ROCKS!

Toughest 30 minutes of my day, but absolutely love working out at Sweat Method! Halle and Justin have built an amazing community. Their constant encouragement helps me to push myself every class. The classes are very unique, you’ll never take the same class twice. Would definitely recommend checking it out!

Sweat Method is literally the best. Not only are their workouts some of the hardest 30 minutes I've ever experienced, but the community is more of the reason I keep coming back. I walk into Sweat Method and immediately feel better about myself. I could be in the worst mood ever, and the instructors are there at the door greeting me personally with encouraging words that pump me up. I have nothing but good things to say about Sweat Method.

Sweat Method honestly changed my attitude about working out. I get excited to go to classes because 30 minutes doesn’t feel daunting but you work HARD and feel so strong. Owners/coaches are so passionate about what they do and genuinely care about members - they’ll notice if you go extra hard or have an off day. Obsessed with this spot and highly recommend it!
