Sweat Method offers the best group fitness classes I've ever attended. Halle, Justin, Stephannie, and the rest of their team are truly fantastic and care about their members. They have taken all of the necessary precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of their team and members during COVID-19. After attending classes for two months I feel so much better, both mentally and physically. I'm so thankful for Sweat Method!

Love attending Sweat Method! Halle, Justin, Stephannie and team is taking extra precautions to keep customers safe while still getting our sweat on! I love the energy and vibe the instructors give off - great at giving modifications when needed and always keep me feeling safe, even given the current environment. So thankful they are offering outdoor classes and can't wait to get back into the studio soon. Highly recommend you go support local and check this studio out! You won't be disappointed.

This studio is incredible. I attended my first class yesterday since the transition from Charlotte Yoga to Sweat Method and I loved all the decorative details in the lobby area. The teachers are all awesome and I love how bright and airy the studio is. Highly recommend this place!

Great studio with the kindest staff. Charlotte Yoga does a lot for uplifting each student and helping new individuals feel comfortable. My experience with the instructors have also been very positive.

Courtney's Saturday Class is incredible. Most studio's I have been too have very similar flow's, but her class is unique, challenging, and so rewarding. She will keep you on your toes- literally- not knowing what pose is coming next, but always helps and demonstrates with ease. I have never been so excited to get out of bed on Saturday to get to this class. The only thing i wish is that she taught a few more of these classes throughout the week! Must try.

I was in town to see my brother in law and this adorable studio was right by his house. I’m not usually a fan of hot yoga but the class I took was exceptional. Camille was creative and non-intrusive, offering a class that was both fun and challenging. Don’t miss out on this gem!

Fantastic yoga studio with great facilities, teachers, classes, schedule, and vibe. I wish I lived closer! Kati in particular is super knowledgeable and does a great job of teaching the class. Highly recommended!

5 Stars! Both spaces are always clean and the atmosphere is always welcoming and supportive. If you enjoy a great sweat and like to challenge yourself, try Rian Harris's class on MON nights at 6:45pm at their Southend location! You won't regret the flow or the message he brings with it.
