I upgraded my basic membership in club to the black card. Was never told that there was going to be a contract, otherwise I wouldn’t have done it. Unfortunately since, I’ve had a stroke and some other medical issues. I went in today to cancel and that’s when I found out that I was out under contract without my knowledge. When I upgraded I was told to “sign here saying I acknowledged the price change” never once was I told of a contract. Very disappointed.

Planet fitness Fort Oglethorpe is very well done and very welcoming. I would recommend to any professional on the go. I like the equipment a great deal. This particular one has plenty of space which I like. It's very light and airy.

By far the NICEST Planet Fitness I have been to! I moved up here from St Petersburg Florida and was happy with my Planet Fitness Gym there. When I walked into the gym in Fort O I was in awe! It is much bigger, cleaner, has a better layout, the staff was all friendly and AWAKE! The equipment is newer and working. I was not only shocked to find a designated stretching area but that there was actual equipment with instruction for various stretches!! My gym in St Pete did not have a place to stretch and was too crowded to stretch in a spot that made sense so I had to stretch in the locker room. Lastly my favorite part, the private massage rooms with updated software! If I had to make any suggestions at all, it would be to dim the lights over the hydro massage beds so there isn’t a bright white light shining in your eyes as you try to relax. I would also recommend each cleaning station have two bottles of cleaner so a guest can spray their area down when they clean rather than spraying a couple sprays into paper towels that don’t get the job done. All of that said, I am so psyched this is my new home gym and it made my move that much better!

Great gym, not very crowded in the morning. Showers have been repaired and work great. Friendly staff who great you as you arrive and depart.

At this exact moment, July 1st 1:45pm there is a woman walking on the treadmill with no pants, no underwear, no cares in the world because no one is stopping her.

I really like this gym. Most of the staff are nice and helpful. I have two big complaints. The Wi-Fi in there is horrible. Most of the time I can’t even use my internet and that is how I get through a workout. If the internet isn’t working because of the weak connection, I just cut my workout short and leave. My other complaint is how hot the tanning beds are. The air hardly blows out and it’s nowhere near enough air. It would help tremendously if they would put an extra portable fan at the end of each bed. I try to lay and relax but instead I’m sliding around in huge pools of sweat and feel like I’m suffocating. Besides those two issues, It’s a nice gym with convenient hours, plenty of available workout equipment, at a very low monthly price.

Awesome atmosphere.. All the beds are great to use especially the hydromassage chairs..when you've had a hard day or after a great workout. Come check it out

Most of the employees are friendly. I can always get into tan and use the hydromassage beds after working out

I travel all over the country and work out in many different Planet Fitness's and have to say that the Planet Fitness in Fort Oglethorpe Ga. has one of the best staff of them all
