It’s a good workout. I see the 2nd shift manager daily in there and he’s super helpful. He’s always happy to help.

First time going to this location and just wanted to tan real quick. The girl behind the counter was very nice but forgot to turn the bed on. Thankfully my boyfriend was there so I was able to text him to let her know so I didn't have to put all of my clothes back on just to take them back off again. As I got out of the tanning bed I noticed hair and dust all over the floor. Doesn't look like the floors had been cleaned in awhile.

nice staff and great training program. However, too many people and not enough equipment to accommodate. Getting tired of not being able to finish workouts due to not being able to get to the equipment needed to do so

Very friendly staff to talk to when you go in. The place is a bit dated with equipment also be sure to check you lock before going into the locker room if you buy one they did end up having a defaults (not there fault) but you will love the environment and people as well.

I would like to go because I need to lose weight but I have no one to leave my children with. It would be nice if they had, like the children's room, a space where they could be while their parents exercise.

The "judgement free zone" that keeps judging.Everything they do is to try to emasculate men and glorify unhealthy culture. No cut-off shirts, no gallon water jugs, no grunting, or we'll sound a "lunk alarm" yet they are judgement-free? Not to mention that they don't even have actual barbells, only smith machines. Oh, and they promote unhealthy behavior by providing their members with food that is terrible for your body. Also, when you decide to cancel your membership, you can't do it online or over the phone. You have to go in in person, then they try to get you to freeze your account for three months (so you forget to go back and cancel it and make them more money).Overall, the equipment isn't terrible for the price, but I'm very happy to not be handing them my money considering their policies and the hassle I went through to simply cancel my membership.

I have gone to this gym for 2 years now. I have always liked this gym but the fact the gym is STILL not open 24 hours just boggles my mind. Most people work out 3 to 5 days a week. I work during the day and have to workout at night. That's the whole reason I joined this gym. When I heard the gym was going to be open 24 hours again I was happy but extremely annoyed after seeing it was only Monday to Thursday.I don't see any reason, other than money, why this gym is still not open 24 hours all week long. Even if it was 24 hours on Friday it would save me a lot of headache.I don't see how I am being charged full price, or any of your other members for that matter, when the original 24 hour 7 days a week gym is no longer that.

It is unfortunate that the franchise owner for this location is taken advantage of the forced covid restrictions we all endured. Now despite the fact the gym is constantly full with paying customers they will not open the doors 24/7. They must be doing the bear minimum required to keep thier franchise rights. I suspect he they aren't even doing that since the signage they recently put up says 24/5 and the facility is only open 24/4!! We are paying full price for our membership but only getting about 70% of the access that most other members get as cross the country!!I have nothing bad to say about the staff. They are really pleasant and helpful!!I am just a guy that is running a business and trying to stay healthy. Due to my schedule I have to work out in the late evenings. I have 6 evenings in my schedule open and they are closed half of them because they are to cheap to keep the doors open like other planet fitness locations! Please fix this!!
