I’ve been going to this planet fitness for a year and a half and have loved the staff, however, today 2/22/23 at 10:30 am I walked in to a new blonde lady. She had a nose piercing and was extremely rude to me and my husband. Not at all what I have come to expect from planet fitness. She didn’t even have a name tag! When we came in she didn’t greet, but instead said “Hi.” And just made rude and rotten faces at me. This is unacceptable coming from a “judgement free-zone” also the men’s restroom today was FILTHY! My husband complained about it and no one cared. The Fort O planet fitness is declining.

I inquired about membership last night...Brayden assisted me. He was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, these days, it is very rare to encounter people with those qualities. I will definitely return! Very impressive!

Tammy on 3rd is awesome. Every time I go she is always busy making sure every thing is clean and ready for us customers. She is very sweet, and I really enjoy talking to her in the mornings. Keep up the good work tammy!!!!!

I enjoy the place. But please get a grasp on your climate control for the last month it has felt like a sauna. I try to get as close to the door so it lets some cold air in.

Traveling to Florida from Wisconsin. My wife Tammy and I stopped at this planet fitness to unwind. Upon entering we were enthusiastically greated by Tammy the 3rd shift team member. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Super friendly. A great asset for sure. During the day we encountered MacKenzie. Exact same team player. Nothing but praises.Because of these 2. We will be stopping on our way back home. Also if every Planet had the same equipment, beds, chairs as this one....they would be greatly improved!!!!

I love this place! Everything is great and I get a great workout! After my workout I like to unwind in the hydro bed. This location, the beds keep leaking water. It's been like this, I know for two years.

Gross and dirty gym, lazy workers. The walls in the tanning rooms are disgusting. Looks like they have never been clean. There is splatter from who knows what all over the walls. The glass on main doors are covered in greasy finger prints and looks like they are rarely cleaned. There are a bunch of workers behind the counter eating and drinking out in the open-so unprofessional. There is absolutely no system or logic for people coming in to tan. Get with it! I am glad I only come to this gym when the one in Chattanooga’s tanning beds are down!

This gym is awesome for the price and very clean, the only downside is having to see the rude bald worker everytime you walk in the door.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the first shower I went into was frigid cold and hair was in and beside the drain. Otherwise the rest of the place was clean, the staff helpful and I really enjoyed a work out and the hydromassage afterwards.
