The person at the front desk was suppose to only change my payment method, the person changed me to a black card membership instead. I went to location again to fix the situation, they had a new person by themselves and didn’t know what to do, told me to come the next day to talk to manager Brittany. I talked to Brittany she says they can change it but I have to pay the enrollment fee over again because someone changed my membership without my permission. That’s some bs, and I will never deal with another planet fitness because of this.Update: and these people charged me for going to a white card membership after I requested to have the account cancelled and charged me $40. DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM

I started my membership and pay monthly for 24/7 and now they close and don’t open until 5am! I’m so annoyed that I drove here and had to wait almost a whole hour for them to open! I pay for 24/7 i should be able to come whenever I want or when it fits my schedule!

Entirely Fed up with this location. Every day I've come for the past week, I apparently come within 20-30 mins of it closing. The 24 HOUR GYM.The first time it happened, the staff behind the counter was nice about it and very apologetic so we did our workout within 15mins and left. Today the woman behind the counter was awful.I assume she was just fed up for people asking the same questions all day, but don't interrupt people when they're trying to find out why they aren't getting what they pay for and are never notified of changes, then just shut down with "it's corporate" and "go to this location 20mins away they're still open".I work 12 hr shifts. I have no choice but to use the gym at 10 or later. A 40 minute round trip is not doable. That's why I use this location, 6 mins from my house.The staff walking around to remind us of the closing were very nice. But over all I'm not happy and will be looking into other gyms who are actually 24hrs

Planet Fitness changed the music they play and the volume they play it at. The music is so load it drowns my headphones out. See other reviews below complaining about this same problem. I have discussed this with management and it does not seem like there is much they are willing to do. This problem could be resolved so easily by just turning the music down but they seem unwilling to do this. I am giving them a chance fix this problem. If they can’t resolve this my wife and I will be leaving. We have been members for over 7 years. With the music change we find this an environment we don’t want to work out in. The great news is that there are a lot of other places that would love to sign up two new members.Update after the owner response below to the original post.It is very clear to me that you did not even read my post. If you had read my post you would realize that I did contact local management and they appear to be unwilling to fix the problem. This is another great example of Planet Fitness’s incredibly poor customer support.

Don’t EVER go to work/work out at this place. You can never get in touch with the manager Brittany when there is a concern. She allows her unprofessional untrained staff (Tydra and Micheala) to bully the new employees. I’m actually a member here. But after seeing those two chase an employee down calling her all kinds of names and inviting her into the parking lot to fight- I will be taking my business elsewhere. After seeing the circus act that has went on for the past few weeks, I don’t think I’ll ever do business with ANY Planet Fitness ever again. Horrible!

While I enjoy the facility, equipment and the convenience of this location of Planet Fitness, I’ve been very disappointed over the last month with the staff being so unfriendly and unwelcoming. I go in the evening and the staff are almost always sitting on the counter playing on their cell phones and pay no attention to the members coming or going. The paper towel dispensers are often empty and the facility including the restrooms looks dirty and unkept much of the time with weights, etc. laying everywhere. The staff could easily fill their time just cleaning the equipment on a frequent basis and placing the weights where they belong but they just don’t seem to care. This has not always been the case but seems to have gotten much worse in the last month. The manager needs to make some surprise visits in the evening and let the staff know this is unacceptable.

Loud environment so bring headphones. Before the pandemic I came here 2-3 times a week before work. Now I go there maybe once a week. Workers are chill. Showers are clean. Machines sanitized.

Overall I like the gym and spa areas, it's clean and staff are friendly. However, I bought a bottle of tanning lotion there and they charged me $40, I later found this same lotion at Walgreens for $12. Total thievery, made me reconsider renewing my membership.

Great place! You guys do a great job of keeping it clean. Love it when the desk staff greet us with a friendly 'good morning' and sends us off with a 'have a great day!' It really makes a difference! Thank you!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHAIN! I cancelled my membership months ago with this stores manager (Hixson TN) but am still getting charged for membership plus other fees. Can’t get ahold of customer services and anytime you try to call to speak to a manager they’re never there and the lower level employee are rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. This is the worst experience I’ve every encountered with any chain or store.
