The gym itself is a wonderful place to workout, but they aren't open 24/7 anymore. It's like they gave a big middle finger to everyone who works 2nd or 3rd shift.

Need proof of bank account for membership! My bank is a money card, n I don't trust even giving that info away, only a loaded money card with just the amount added for each months membership' pff' Play you mony grab game on the unaware, which there are plenty out there. Sad but true. :-[

Canceled my membership with letter to my jym and copy to corporate, they still tuck money out my account 4 months later and they even did charge me for a new year members ship . I called bank and sent them a video of me hand giving them my canceled service letter and my card with information. This place thought they were going to scam me for 4 months and a new year membership but this is not going to take place.

If you have an issue and want to talk to a manager they will ignore you. Regular staff I spoke to were great and respectful, I called twice and left messages and went by to see a manager and left a note. Nothing.

I love this place. It really is a place of no judgment ! The people that work there are so very nice and encouraging. Hugs all around. I have visited other planet fitness but The one in Hixson hands down is the very best most awesome !

The people are friendly nice gym.They just upgrade the overhead stereo and it's too loud and a bunch of techno thumping probably going to switch on membership somewhere else I've asked them about it being too loud most of the morning crowd is older people and nobody seems to care

Want to go to a gym that they let people run around and slam weights then this is your place… all I hear is machines slamming weights and underage kids abusing equipment… bad bad management and experience. The 30 min circuit is abused by kids and random people just sitting on machines taking selfies. Meh city.

This Planet Fitness location is FILTHY!!! The staff have zero concern about cleanliness especially when in comes to tanning booths. I have been given a bed on multiple occasions that is covered with sweat, the trash cans are overflowing, and then I'm given dirty looks by a bunch of teenagers for mentioning it. What a joke!
