Great gym, plenty of equipment. Gets pretty busy, but that’s the mark of a good spot.It’s always clean and the folks up front are very helpful if you ever need anything. Also, they never hit the lunk alarm. Great location that just lets folks do their thing.

It's a great environment and always has the machines and equipment I need for my workouts. Really like using the massage chairs and stuff as well.

I travel to Hixson, TN annually to visit family and Planet Fitness has been a great option for working out with zero strings attached. There have been a couple times in the past when they weren't offering a month by month plan, but overall they always accommodate me spending a few weeks working out in their Hixson facility for a usually pro-rated monthly cost.

We go early in the morning, and are always greeted by a pleasant and prepared staff. The equipment is always clean and in good working condition.

The staff is super friendly. Unlike LA Fitness, most people here will wipe the equipment and unload the weights after each use. The floor is always clean, and the equipment is well-maintained. I love the PF at Hixson.

Let's talk about the bathrooms: there are three working showers (4th has a broken shower head that management has yet to repair making it inoperable), 1 shower leakes a steady stream nonstop, the showers themselves are Tiny (I'm 5'9 150 pounds and it's difficult for Me to maneuver), there are several hooks in the shower dressing stalls that are broken leaving you with one hook for all your stuff so you end up pulling one of the chairs in with you making space even tighter, (these are all Very easy fixes and I cannot understand the lack of repair care). No 'No Smoking' signs, and people often vape in the locker rooms (today was eye watering weed smell). A lot of attention by management needs to be placed in the bathrooms and adding no smoking signs. Easy easy easy fixes that make a Huge difference. The workout facility itself is well maintained.
