Roden HIIT Kickboxing

I've been going to this gym since January of this year and I love it! Samantha is an amazing trainer and coach. I've had memberships at other kick boxing gyms before but none of the trainers were as attentive and genuinely cared about your fitness goals like Samantha does. I burn atleast 500 or more calories every class! She makes the workouts fun and can adjust them to any fitness level. This gym has been a God send for me, I finally love working out again!

Great gym. Ive been to many gyms in the past 2 decades and none compare to this one. The price is a huge bargain as you not only get the membership but essentially a personal trainer too. It has 10 rotating stations meaning you can show up at any time and start your workout which is very convenient. In and out in 40 minutes and all levels of fitness are welcome too. Don’t hesitate and join this gym!

I have tried all the other standard gyms, some other kickboxing gyms as well and NONE of them can compare to the training and workouts I get from Roden Hiit Kickboxing! Sam has new workouts set up in the interval everyday and sometimes she will throw in fun games for everyone to play together to help burn those calories! She also offers a heart rate monitor system for you to be able to track your calories while you are working out! Time flies by and I will easily burn anywhere from 500-700 calories after I’m done! She is an excellent coach and will help you when you need it. She is very personable and makes you feel like family! This is the most judgement free gym I’ve ever been in, that is very important to me because it has encouraged me to come consistently, there are a lot of other awesome members here who will encourage you on your journey! I always leave in a better mood than when I first came in, the workouts are very fun and you don’t even notice the time going by. This gym is very clean with lots of workout equipment and weights for everyone to use. This is my home away from home, she also holds contests and challenges for the members to participate in and win prizes! If you’re looking for a safe space to be challenged everyday and reach your fitness goals, all while having fun…look no further than here! Roden Hiit Kickboxing is the BEST gym around!

I have been coming to Roden HIIT Kickboxing for almost two months now. I am loving the workouts that I am receiving from Samantha! I am seeing muscle definition and endurance that I’ve never had before. I am so thankful that I found such an awesome place to workout! All of the other people here are so nice and encouraging, also. We lift each other up! I encourage everyone to come in and give Roden HIIT Kickboxing a try!
