Onelife Fitness - Chesapeake Square Gym

Pretty disappointed in the quality of the equipment here. You can tell the equipment is really old, harder to use and cheaper compared to other onelife locations. Additionally this location is too packed to actually work out in most days, going to be transferring soon. I’ve ranged from iron gyms, one life, and planet fitness and weirdly PF has better equipment than this particular location.Is what it is

I have an excellent trainer named Jeff. All of the staff are professional. Excellent facility.

Great gym and Jeff W is an amazing trainer who will guide you on achieving your goals.

I am enjoying one life! I got a trainer (Jeff) and have been working with him for a month and I am loving my results. He is very understanding and always listening. He definitely pushed me to the limit. But I don't complain!

Member for almost 5-1/2 years. No gym is perfect, but the value for the money can be beat. Special thanks to Jeff Whitson. Excellent trainer.

The entire staff takes great pride in the facility. This gym has everything you’ve always wanted in one. Massage bed, Tanning beds, Cinema Room, Olympic sized pool, hot tub, water aerobics, kids fun slide (it’s like a water park) Zone 4, Very large Functional room, Saunas/steamrooms, Cycle Studio, Yoga Room, Women’s Fitness Area within the gym, Chiropractor on-site, all Personal Trainers are Nationally Certified and are very friendly and eager to help in you reaching all of your goals. The list goes on and on….. I’ve been a member of this particular gym for over 15 years. I tell people all the time it’s the best gym in Virginia. And I’ve been to a lot of different ones…..

My wife was caught off guard with the seemingly intrusive personal information (photograph etc.) required to keep our account in good standing. Anthony calmly introduced himself and handled the information exchange professionally and candidly. We now understand the intent and feel comfortable due to his actions.

I enjoy working out at one life. I just wish they stayed open longer on the weekends. A Gym closing at 8 is a little ridiculous.

The atmosphere here is motivating. I go at 5am and the people that come in at that time are gettn at it as soon as they hit the floor. They’re all friendly and supportive. Nikki, who opens up, is an energetic and inviting, sole. Always has a smile and seems to love her job and everyone that comes thru the door. Employees like her are hard to come by. Give her a raise!!!

I have been coming for a year and the staff is so awesome! They’re very attentive and the gym is always clean.
